SIR I JUST WANT TO KNOW ABOUT CONTINUITY LETTER I HAD SENT & WHEATHER I WILL GET BACK MY MONEY OR NOT IF YES THEN WHEN! SIR KINNDLY GIVE ME ALL THE INFORMATION.

I have 3 STM bought early 90's. This money would haved fetched us atlast Rs 3000 per Rs 1000/ invested in the last 15 years. I agree with earlier comment that we should wait and negotiate a better deal. During my next visit to Chennai, I will try to get more info by visiting the company as well as few intermediaries who are offering face value (peanuts). They surely know something that we donot know.
Also, there is a web portal specialising in group complaints coming up (whinepedia.com) thru which we can fight together for this as well as anyother injustice. If we are patient for few more months, I am sure we can get a much better deal.

We have purchased one tree in Sterling Tree Magnum (I) Ltd. on 30.8.1993 and my maturity date is 29.8.2013. My certificate Number is C7142 . Still inspite of my best efforts regarding the present position of the company i was not able trace out the address or the phone number. There was no response regarding the above investment. We have been duped by the company. My father has bought some teakuity in his 3 childrens name thinking the money will help us in a long run. The money was hard earned one and it was a substantial amount during 1993. But these people have duped us. Please do join under Orkut. There is a group (search for STM in www.orkut.com) of people who have been duped by this company. If we unite we can do something.

TEAK TREE — NON PAYMENT OF RETURN

I HAD INVESTED IN ABOVE MENTIONED COMPANY IN 2004 BUT TILL DATE I HAD NOT RECD ANY RETURN AS PROMISED & NO INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE AT PRESENT REG WHOM TO CONTACT & WHAT IS THE STATUS OF CHENNAI HIGH COURT CASE REG THE COMPANY.
