You can contact Advocate at 7092199190. He is from Chennai and helped me in filing case for me.
Sterling Tree is doing economic offences against its investors. Luckily I got my 40 tree investment from the company through an advocate Mr. Gopalakrishnan within 1 month. I recommended 38 of my contacts and all of them (some of them thanked me very much) got their money back from the company through MY reference.

T40325 and payment receipt no 12246 dated[protected], I submit that I have paid an amount of Rs.950/-(concession of Rs.25/- given to me) towards Teak Tree (1) plantation and due for getting back the grown up tree after 20 years which is due in February '13. This tree has been planted at the following address as per the certificate:
South Veeravanallur Village, North Veeravanallur sub-division, Ambasamudram Taluk, Tirunelveli, in the lands to an extent of 16.97 acres bearing Survey nos. 809/1, 810/1, 813/2, 814/3, 817/1.
I have been intimated around 8 years back that the tree planted against my certificate is growing well and a photograph of the trees planted has been sent to my address. I also state that the Date of expiry of the scheme is due on[protected].
I would like to know how the grown up teak tree/payment for the teak tree will be issued to me.
I tried to contact the addresses mentioned in the certificate by post, but neither reply nor any intimation regarding this had been served to me.
In fact no communication (except the communication by post approximately 8 years back that my tree is growing well) had come to me in this regard so far.
I request you (in case if M/s Sterling Resorts see this message) to kindly intimate me by mail to my email id: [protected]@gmail.com or dial [protected] regarding the issue of payment or the tree.

TEAK TREE UNDER TEAKQUITY PLANS — NO INTERIM RETURN RECEIVED TILL DATE
This is Mr. Khanolkar Vinayak Balkrishna booked 20 nos of teak trees under Teak Tree under Teakquity Plans of Sterling Tree Magnum (India) Ltd. The booking serial no. was G 135611 dated 24/12/94 with a one time payment of Rs. 29,500/- vide cheque no. 112826 dated 30/12/1994 on The Saraswat Cooperative Bank Ltd., Pimpri Branch, Pune. The undersigned received a Land Owners Teakquity Certificate No. A1773 for holding a piece of land admeasuring 222.22 Sq. Mts. ( 2420 Sq. Ft.) situated at Khata No. 511, Plot no. 55 and earmaked as Block No. 90 in Mouza Kokolaba, P.S. Tarasingh, Tahasil Ghumbhur, Ganjam District, Orissa State, India. The Deed of Sale is also recived in the context.The undersigned was supposed to receive an interim return of Rs. 24,500/- at the end of the 6th year (i.e. by 30/12/2000) and the second interim return of Rs. 1,10,000/- at the end of 12th year (i.e. by 30/12/2006) as per the proposal from the promoter company. The company also assured to pay the maturity value of Rs. 14,40,000/- at the end of 20th year (i.e. by 30/12/2014)
The undersigned had received a proposal dated 26/12/2001, from the company for conversion of the investment to equity shares of the said company (i.e. total 3060 no. of shares of Rs. 10/- each) as per company scheme STM 3. The undersigned accepted the proposal and the related slip was sent on 02/01/2002, to the Company address as stated in the letter. The undersigned regret to state that he has not received any document nor any share certificate till date. Kindly advise.
