I have not received my PAN Card although online system o[censored]TI shows that my PAN Card No is AVZPK1458J, Applied No[protected], Coupon No[protected]. The Card was despatched on 13th Sept 07 but still I have not received the same.
Would request you to send my PAN Card once again to the below mentioned mailin address:

On inquiry to UTI it was stated that PAN CARD No.AUPK4626N has been despatched on 19-2-08.But, I am still waiting to receive the PAN card.

AGAR iNDIAN RAILWAY ENQUIRY COuNTER PAR STAFF aur telephone SAHI SE KAAM KARE TO PLATFORM PAR GATHERING 75% TAK KUM HO SAKTI HAI

my status has been shown as below, but at i have not received my pan card till 24th of may2008 so kindly take suitable action so that i can get my pancard as soon as possible.

I applied for PAN card on 16 july 2007, I track the pan card enquiry status from ur site. It shows that it was dispatched on 27 july 2007, but till date I did not received yet till date.
Also I did not get any positive response from your Lucknow Branch Office.
