Respected sir or madam,


Sub: Delay for PCC (Police Clearance Certificate) purpose.


As I am Chiliveri Srinivas s/o Kondaswamy, I was applied for PCC at[protected]. But I did not getting it till now. File number is HYDM03903111.

I was given a complaint two times, they told within one week it will be come but I did not take it.

When I see the Status, Passport has been dispatched by Post on[protected] Vide Postal Registration Number S420069, But I did not receive it.

I had Visa for Kuwait, so I want my Passport and PCC urgently. So kindly requesting you sir, please grant the PCC and Passport immediately.
