[Resolved]  Style Spa — defective products and service

I was trying to buy a new bed(Eden with the storage drawer) from style spa guntur showroom, and had it delivered today to my home. when it got here i realized the storage drawer was already assembled unlike the bed which was in boxes to be assembled. when i inquired with the sales rep(Suresh) dealing with me, he told me that it was the display piece. when i demanded why he did not inform me about it as i have insisted on getting all new items, he asked me to send the bed back when it was already assembled in my home. I felt like i have been cheated and insulted by the staff trying to sell me a display item and being so rude to take back the bed which has already been assembled just half an hour ago. I was born and lived most of my life in guntur and do business in guntur but never have come across a situation where i was insulted in my own town. my friend who own's the building the showroom is located recommended me for the service and quality, but have found none, as the Sales Rep tried to cheat me into buying a display piece (with out informing me) and was rude enough to take it back when i went to pay the money and questioned him about the issue. the store manager called me to find out about the issue but did nothing regarding the issue. I am so disappointed a company like Birla can be so unprofessional in dealing with me in my own town.

I purchased 2 study table and two chairs from style spa kirti nagar showroom but i am not satisfied with table as who came to join the table has not joined properly he has just broken the table.Icomplained to kirti nagar showroom but their was no response.Mr ashfak is responsible for this.
Dont worry Sir, you are indeed lucky, my experience with them is even more horrendous as within 3 months the whole cupboard has collapsed. These people at Style Spa - not only charge 5 times what others charge, but at the same time, their stuff is at least 5 times inferior and their service absolutely non existent.
The names of Podar and KK Birla mean nothing but the cheapest form of the cheapest crooks and it is crooks like these who give this country such a bad name.
I have had exactly the same experience. I had bought a cot from the showroom at Thrissur, Kerala. The day of assembling itself I had showed them a chipping on the headrest position of the cot. When I called the shop they told me to wait 3-4 days for a replacement. It is 4 months since then & I am still waiting. I had sent a written complaint to their Chennai Office, but they have not cared to even acknowledge my complaint leave alone redressing it. Now the shop people have turned vindictive. They say that since i have complained to their higher ups now things are out of their hands, only if they get an order from above they will replace it otherwise not. I think they are waiting for orders from Mr. K. K. Birla himself.
This ( Style Spa) is the worse furniture manufacturer company which has almost no liability after sale of the product, very bad attitude of resolving any issue IF one get after the sale of the product.
IF you want to BURN your precious money then buy a PRODUCT from STYLE SPA, Pune ( Very unprofessional Post sale service ) and experience the very bad post sale service !.
