I have been trying to get my mark sheets and degree certificate since two years, but college is not doing anything. Neither they are giving any certificate nor are they replying in the writing. The correspondence done with them is enclosed please.

Sub- Issue of mark sheets and certificate.

Respected Sir,
With due respect, I beg to state that I Navdeep singh was the student of Subhas Bose Institute of HotelManagement,EN-33,Sec V, Salt lake , Kolkata 91.I had done BSC-HMCTT(under Punjab Technical University ), Batch[protected]Lateral Entry in 3rd Sem ).and My PTU Roll no is – 71090002and passed the exam in 2009. Also I would like to mention here that all the mark sheets and the degree certificates has already been sent to you by the Punjab Technical University as I have checked the status over internet. But it is regretted that in spite of my repeated visits to the college following documents are not being given to me by you without assigning any reason.
1) Mark Sheet of 3rd, 5th, 6th semester
2) Degree Certificate

I have deposited all my dues and also the NOC was issued by the Institute. I have also received my admit card which is issued by the Punjab technical university after clearance of all the dues for final examination.

It may please be noted that due to non-availability of mark sheets and certificate, I am unable to continue my further studies and have already lost substantial time. So, in view of above your good self is requested to send my certificate by register post without any further delay at this address House no- Type III-17, N.T.P.C Township Alok Nagar, Dibiyapur, Auraiya 206244.
It may please be noted that if I didn’t receive my mark sheets and certificates within 7 days of receipt of this letter. I shall be forced to take you in court of law with cost and compensation.
