Dear Sir,
I have lodged complaint agaist Sudarshan Estcon pvt. ltd., Bhubaneswar. After that the MD of the company Mr. Behera has called on my mobile and given me assurance that everything has happened without knowledge of him and he would take proper action and settle the matter. Any how I withdraw the complaint against Sudarshan estcon pvt. limited.

Hi,
Does these scheme appear in the sites regularly. I think the scheme of 50 % pay now and rest in installment does not give you a legal binding unless you register it in your name.
How have you resolved this issue then.
Do you suggest others to go for the scheme.

cheating the customer, no land provided
I am victim of Sudarshan Estcon (P) Ltd located at Bhubaneswar.Orissa.
In Oct2008 they showed me a land near Gita engineering college.
I planned to buy 2400 squre foot land for 240000.
Intially they didn't make the registration.They made an agreement taking 110000 on oct2008 and assured me the registration on Oct2009 after paying rest of money.
After that the cashier/account Mr Asit Biswas gave no. of false dates.
I followed up a lot, called no of times spending my valuable times.
At last in March2010 a submitted an application for refund my amount(110000+ interest).
They gave me PDC and the amount was 110000, not giving any interest.
So don't buy any land Sudarshan Estcon (P) Ltd .
Also adivce your relatives or friends not to do the same mistake.
Please take a strict action on this comp and so called MD . Mr Pramod Behara.

Hello anyone can tell how to catch these people red hand ? they are cheating many people especially from outside Odissa.
My conclusion is dont inveest in Odissa at all your hard earned money will evaporate like water.
This state is not also fit for any kind of business also . People should be carefull dont invest dont invest.

I am also cheated by dwarika real estate, I am seriously loosing trust in Orissa Govt. What is judiciary doing really against these fraud scamsters ?? More than this is important what is Cheif Misniter & Governor doing in this state ????? Is there any govt, police, security, law and order in this state ?? I was beaten by goonda who broke by bone when I tried to help general people . Is this govt better than worst place of biharis and UP and W.B ??
