Sub: Unauthorized construction by Shri.Surjeet Singh and Smt. Surjeet Kaur r/o A-73, A-74, A-75, A-76 for converting double storey flat into four storey building and converting four houses into one building.

Respected sir/ madam,
It is to bring you a king notice that Shri. Surjeet Singh and his wife Smt. Surjeet kaur r/o A-73, A-74, A-75, A-76 have converted there double storey flat into four storey flat and four houses have been converted into a single building, which causes much difficulty to the local people. We are not getting sufficient sunlight and insufficient hygienic condition and especially in winter conditions it is very difficult to survive. We are having small children and they like to study in sunlight, but they are unable to sit in a sunlight. It creates lot of difficulty to the society people.

Other than that they spread their selling material all over the place which causes difficulty to the pedestrians .It has been complaint many times but no response or action has been seen . We have complaint to you so that strict action can be taken. Police constables and some MCD officials also come and take bribe from the owner and leaving her without taking any action.

The life is seriously disturbed by the behavior of the owner. So it is our request to you to take strict action and demolish the top two floors as soon as possible.
My complaint has been submitted foer the 11th time but no action has breen taken.
