Sun Direct — TECHNICAL SNAG SINCE 14 DAYS

I Am subscriber of SUN Direct with subscriber no. [protected], since 24th December 2010. Am not getting any channels, i thought may be need recharge it. The same was done. Still the problem persisted than I think I called the customer service on 29th I presume on [protected], SUN DIRECT customer care, Bangalore. Then they said the satellite direction has changed. Hence they will send their technician to adjust the signals in 72 hours. Till date no body has turned up, whenever I call the customer care they take TOT of 72 hours but in vain. When I ask them to extend my validity of next recharge after the problem is rectified they say its impossible. I feel these people are siphoning public's money this way. Can you do something about them and teach them a lesson????? For reference my complaint number with them is 222470 and request number is [protected].

Sun Direct — Bad Customer Experience

I have the worst experience with sun direct its been two months that I am complaining that sun direct box is not working by contacting sun direct byall means.But Sun direct is not at all responding regarding this.

Sun Direct — DTH service stopped

I have taken sundirect DTH in visakhapatnam, and iam transferred later this to chennai by depositing all set-top box,antenna,remote. I got a received slip i have given that to Zig-Zag communications(k.k.nagar,chennai) to get new connection here and i got that. Since last 7 months iam using that and now the service was stopped and i went to distributor they are telling that we are sent all documents consult to custemer care and i spoke to customer care they are telling no information about this smartcard number consult distributor so ultimately we are suffering ,distributor is advising that take new connection. so kindly consider my complaint. Information about sundirect DTH furnished below.

Sun Direct Di — system dead since September 2010

my Sundeirect Dish system with smart card no [protected] has not been funtioning since September first eek. i had padi 9 months subscription in advance in September.
Inspite of several phone calls to theri number 39407575 which is not easily accessible and also ritte complaints to theri nodal karnataka no action has been taken. MY subscription paid is also nt being returned as per my requesat. I will be thanful if the consumers forum could help me in this mater

I s there any administration at SUNdishTV.How they are still existing in the market with the dirtiest ever customer care.I have taken sun hd connection and since its beginning there was no proper service.Meanwhile they announced the angle of the dish to be changed and their technicean will come and do that.I gave my smart card number and lodged complaint with thei call center twice in the month of december.but so far no response from them.

Sun Direct — Complaint Against Sun Direct DTH

I am facing problem in service since two months for dish alignment for new satellite.I called sundirect customer care and they keep on telling the same ting that your problem will be solved in two days .. but I dont know when that two days will come .. may be after finishing the subscription.

Since two months I dont have service and anyhow my sbscription for one year will lapse after may 2011.

I tried to call my distributer in bala nagar he said that he is not working for sundirect. I called the distributer number which is dispayed in the sundirect website.Then I tried to call AP nodal officer Mr Rama Rao call centre guys lifted the phone and took my complaint and they also said that your issue will be resolved in two days .. but no use.

I again called customer care complained then they repeated the same within two days your issue will be resolved and we will be sending the technician but they did not send till now.

Sun Direct — Poor Service of Customer Care as well as DTH

My Samartcard # [protected]. I shifted from one location to other , I request to reinstall my DTH connection on 17th Jan 2011. Customer care assured me that first you topup your samart card and then call us for reinstall , I topup with rs 200 and call again. He assured me that our technican will visit on your location within 1-2 days . Today is 27th , after 10 days , i have not got any call from technican or distributor for reinstall my connection.

I spoke to senior executive for the same he talked rudely and disconnect my phone.

Very poor service of dth connection and as well as staff.

I request to sun direct DTH ,Please refund my amount as soon as possible.

I hope some one will help me for the same.
