Sun Direct — NO SERVICE AFTER RECEIVED MONEY
my self advocate ashutosh ojha night of 4rth march i paied 970 rs for sun direct dth through sbi net banking but unfortunately i have not got dth when i asked from sun direct he reffussed for such type of transiction so refund my money from my sbi account as soon as possible my cotact number is [protected]Sun Direct — poor service/irresponsible & unprofessional
my sun direct has not been functioning since 4 months due to some technical changes in the satellite used by sun direct.My card number is R [protected].A few phone numbers were displayed on the TV asking customers to contact so that they will sent their reps to do the necessary changes in the dish, free of cost, installed at the customers place.I tried contacting the numbers displayed on my screen but no avail. Sun direct representatives are supposed to do some changes to the dish at my place due to some changes in the satellite.In spite of speaking to the customer care number umpteen times and finally got them once and got a service token number more 2 months ago. nobody had bothered to do anything.I got to speak to one of the sun direct services number[protected] which is not displayed and told them my problem.They said they would send a person in 2 day & that I need to pay Rs.150/- as service charge,to which I agreed(I had no choice!!!).Their rep had come after 5 days.After coming to my area he had some difficulty in locating my address and this MAN(mobile number [protected])sent an SMS asking my a land mark which i saw after 4 hours!!!!.I called him up and told him the details and then came in 1 hour.He told me that there was a problem with my set top box & wanted me to get it serviced,which I did.He asked to call after the box was serviced so that he would come to check.Actually there was no problem with the box(I was told by the service centre).Still after this I called him & he told me that it would automatically work,which didn't.he told me that he would come and have a look.Now he refuses to pick up his mobile(obviously because he does not know what the problem is & how to rectify it),also the land line number[protected] is switched off!!!What I fail to understand is if there is a problem which needs to be corrected at all customers place,WHY SHOULD SUN DIRECT ASK CUSTOMERS TO CALL INSTEAD OF SENDING THEIR REPRESENTATIVES DIRECTLY TO DO THE CORRECTION?Pathetic service!!Please DO NOT BUY SUN DIRECT DISH UNLESS U R RELATED VERY CLOSELY TO THE OWNERS (of sun tv)FAMILY.
I also have a Tatasky connection & their service is excellent.I am able to reach their number in just 2 rings but every time I call sun direct the automated voice says "your waiting time is approximately 12 minutes" or "your waiting time is approximately 25 minutes" !!.With 4 months of my subscription gone & many months subscription of thousands other customers going like this SUN network can buy not only Spice jet,but also Boeing & Airbus itself!!.
I sincere hope & pray that some sort of action is taken to restore my sun direct connection.

Sun Direct — Non availability of important channels
Dear Sir/madam,I cant see the all important channels last 7 days. I complainted to customer care service many times.But no response. Is this is the responsibility of the well reputed company?!. My smartcard number is [protected].
