Sun Direct — NO ACTION TAKEN FROM YOUR CUSTOMER CARE AFTER REPEATED REMINDERS

This is Vinod K residing at 246/4 KalingaIine Bhattagoan, Jhansi I have taken a Sun Direct Connection The smart card no. is [protected]. For the past 10 days, I could not receive any signal and getting error messages only (E16, E48, etc.) I have been ringing the customer service for the past 10 days[protected]. they told that your complaint will be solved within 24 hours but after that I called the curstomer care they repeated the same (your complaint will be solved with in 24 hours and i will get the complaint no 1-[protected] and 1-[protected]) but they do not send any of the service technicians till date . I have made more than 100 calls (both from my landline and Mobile). Also, I've informed them that I'm going to complaint in consumer court. Till now no response. Could you please assist me regarding the same?

Sun Direct — DD channels have been stopped telecasting by Sun direct

Sun Direct DTH had Offered free channels, after lapse of subscription the government channels/ DD channels should be displayed. Once the payment has been made as usual payed channels should be displayed. But in my case DD channels have been blocked by the Sun direct DTH, Please instruct to the concerned to telecast the Government/DD channels.

Sun Direct — Dish not installed

I got a Sun Direct in Feb 2011. There was an issue with the clarity and the remote not working most of the time. I lodged a complaint. There was no response. i sent a mail to the Nodal officer, Karnataka. No response. After a few emails, a technician came to my house and said that the settop box had to be replaced. I started following up with the nodal officer. After a few emails, 2 more technicians came to my house. They checked the dish and said that there was no Sun Direct dish. Instead, the person who installed the connection had tuned my existing Tatasky dish to Sun direct frequency. He did not inform me. And he took the full cost. I was promised a response in the next couple of days. As expected, there was no response. I have been following up with the nodal officer for over a month now regarding the settop box and the dish. But there is no response. I added a channel, but even that has been deactivated, even though I have a credit balance. I am trying to get back to Tatasky, but their response has been pathetic.
My old smart card of SUN DIRECT DTH was lost. So, I has been buy New Sart Card on 30th May, 2011. And After several Camlaint this NEW Smart Card No.[protected] is till not working, today date 6th May, 2011.

I Am subscriber of SUN Direct with subscriber no. [protected], since 24th December 2010. Am not getting any channels, i thought may be need recharge it. The same was done. Still the problem persisted than I think I called the customer service on 29th I presume on [protected], SUN DIRECT customer care, Bangalore. Then they said the satellite direction has changed. Hence they will send their technician to adjust the signals in 72 hours. Till date no body has turned up, whenever I call the customer care they take TOT of 72 hours but in vain. When I ask them to extend my validity of next recharge after the problem is rectified they say its impossible. I feel these people are siphoning public's money this way. Can you do something about them and teach them a lesson?????

I SHIFTED MY HOUSE TO DHAKOLI-ZIRAKPUR (PUNJAB). I CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE FOR THE LAST TWO DAYS. THEY ARE GIVING COMPLAINT NUMBERS. BUT THERE IS NO USE. TILL DATE MY PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED. NO PERSON WAS NOT READY TO INSTALL THE SUN DIRECT IN THIS AREA. EVEN SUN DIRECT. SERVICE IS VERY BAD.
