Sun Direct — Poor reception - very very poor redressal

SUN DIRECT guarantees poorest service you can ever come across. Customer Care number never works...e mails will not be responded....your dealer will say ... we have lot of complaints... have few technicians....will take at lest one month time to attend to your complaint... If you recharge for one year you are still doomed. You will loose at least two to three months viewing pleasure.....and of course millions enjoy all these features..

Sun Direct — Irresponsibility

Sir,

I am basic Malayalam plan sundirect customer([protected]) since september 2011.
I have also recharged for 600 to get add ons(sportsmega and neo cricket for 6 months).
But Rs. 222 deducted from my amount for adding addidtional validity(as per Customer care information). So now my account balance is only Rs 6 now.
I have registered a complaint on 3rd december and almost everyday i will make a call to customer care. Now its 11th day. i didnt resolve my issue.
They said they will add the amount to my account and clear the extra validity added and give me my add ons today itself.This is the information i got each day.
Now i am fed up with CC. They are not treating me as a customer. I didnt resolve this issue till now.
