if you try this any one you can't get connected to customer service at first time or even at 100th time
appart from this sundirect is the best DTH service

I m not happy with service of sun-direct bcoz, their customer service is decreasing.They have increased the price of their packs by decreasing the number of channels.Poor quality of service, Providing of information to the customer is lacking.

The worxt ever DTH company. The Piracy check code HHDGLMMRSQ is coming for the last 24Hrs where you cannot change the channel, increse or decrease volume...THE WORST EVER SERVICE PROVIDER. THE COMPANY SHOULD GO TO DOGS AND THE MANAGEMENT SHOULD DIE...

THE HEIGHTS IS, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBERS (ALL OF THEM) DO NOT WORK WHILE THIS IS HAPPENING...

I HAVE DECIDED TO SPOIL THE BRAND NAME OF THE COMPANY ON INTERNET...
