[Resolved]  Sun Direct — no service available

hi i am an customer of sun direct, i am sad with the customer service .they are not responding to our calls. very very poor service.

From past two months I am not able to avail the service, I have given several complaints but no one turned up yet.
This is the worst service that i ever seen in my life and I lost lot of money by recharging.
my dth service not available nearly for one month. my complaint number is sun 112052. No one is available for service from customer care .

hai i am a seller of sundirect rechrge cards&topup the sundirect cards. in our customer account
your card has been lately rechrged. we accurd many problems for the sundirect recharge. please quickly
to acctivate the cards.
I am Sundaramanickam from chidambaram they are very worst in service lost three month i cant able to seen many chanals perticularly last 15 days even i cant able to seen a single chanal. i have made a complaint from Oct to local distributor and customer service till today nobody has come.
Iam a sundirect unfortunate customer in Hyderabad because the response from service provider is just foolish. I have recharged my coupon on 7/1/2011 and since then i could not get any channel and i see on the screen as 48-32 means no link. I gave complaint half dozen times but no response. My snart card no is R[protected] and my latest compliaint no is sun 262525
I feel one should think twice before purchasing sun direct.

Sun direct is a dam idiotic service, bull .

No service for past 2 months due to change in the satellite . No response from Customer care even after repeated requests . But still they are deducting monthly subscription charges from our account .

No Ethics at all ... runs the business only to squeeze money of the customers pockets .
my card no[protected]R i register some complaint about 16 days before there is some signal problem and mentioned in tv screeen E48-32 no signal. then I compaint this problem to the sun direct kerala about 5 times (5 time register the same complaint) at the compaint time they want 48 hrs time for solve the problem they want 3 times 48 hrs and one time want 5 days. not provide any technition till time .this is yous kerala's customer care
In my experience, Sun DTH is one of the very poor service provider in India. I have registered complaint to change the direction of my dish three months ago, and so I am having three different complaint number, no response yet, now I have decided to switch over to some other service provider. Let me check how they behave.
My Smart Card number is:[protected] and one technician came and reinstalled after changed my location.Even it did not run for one week it is giving problem of No signal available.When i am calling that they are saying they have to come and check.For every visit they are charging 200 Rs even for small problems.At the time of re installation also they asked for 600 Rs.i said i dont want the connection .That bloody technician asked again and again and did for 400 Rs, even that also more amount.Even the customer care people lazy people and irresponsible people.Now i am planning to go for one more connection.Friends please dont entertain Sundirect, those people should come to know if customer satisfaction is not there how the business could be...

I have taken a sun direct connecton because of the glorified image given by the dealer, We have paid the money and afer geting connectionm 18 days, there wwas a server problem, is there anywhere in the world, the service provider could not do anything for these many days.
Then every other day, there is a problemand the waiting period for a call is minimum 10 minutes, even after taking the call, taking the compaint number and ll kinds of promisie, the system wont work, The world cup could not watch because of this porr and patheric service providor, is any body is planning to ake the Sun direct, please please dont waste your time and money and your emotions go topsy turvy interacting witht eh cusotmer care, all your proirity will go for a toss when their server is down for 5 days, the recharge coupern gets over on the right time, there is no extension for the same, The worst service you can ever have, at the end cheap service providor and pathetic support system

I agree wth all the comments, 6.5 milliion people are suffering as per their website, and anybody planning to take the connection, please read al the messages and get into the agnoy group.There is no response, and even if they respond, they inform within 48 hours they will respond, that response will contrnue for weeks. The paid channel will get over the day time expired, whose fault it is..they need to extend the date
you pay for watching cricket, none of the channel works till the season gets over.
the pure and simple cheating of customers by giving false images
it is sad that somebody is taking connection with their advertisement

My sun network is also not working for the last 5 days. It is showing no services available. When I called and complained customer care they were saying that the issue would be rectified within 24 hours...but nothing happened for the last 5 days. Please help me.
several complaints made.no response from the customer head/customer desk.recharged but not aired the package requested.very poor service and surprised to see the attitude of the staff.thoroughly disgusted.
