Sundirect — NO SERVICE TOWARDS DISH TRANSFER

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Joshu Babu Madina having DTH service from SUNDIRECT smart card no [protected]R in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. I am relocating from Gurgaon to my home town in Andhra Pradesh for which I contacted the Sun Direct customer care on[protected] and requested to dismantle the Dish here and asked them to reinstall the dish in my hometown on 18th April 2011, they said one of their technical team people will come and dismantle the dish.
But nobody has visited my home or contacted on the same request, and I have given couple of follow up calls on regular basis to customer care they said they apologize for the inconvenience caused and they would forward my request to their concerned team on urgent basis. The same reply I got from Nandini on 26th April, Vipin and Farhan on 27th April (I forgot some of the other couple names). Even after 10 days also the request was not resolved and my travel date is very soon. Every time I call the customer care all the time they are telling that the request will be resolved in 8 hours but nothing will be done.
Please help in this regards and rectify the issue.
