I have sun DTH connection through smart card no 41144096710 recharged on 18/8, while it was due on 21/8, but the service disconnected on 21/8. Despite several requests service is not started yet.When asked at call center they just waste time in asking same queries ,even not willing to give connection to senior exe. Will I get relief in this matter? Will they change their attitude? IS THERE ANY SCHEME TO CHANGE DTH SERVICE PROVIDER LIKE IN MOBILE SERVICES? Please give me informations.
