RE CHARGE FAILURE
sir,
through PAYTM i have recharged for RS650.00 on 21.02.2012 and for RS100.00 on 21.02.2012 to SUN DIRECT DTH for my smartcard number 41154747566 both are recharge failure noticed but BOTH RS. 650+100 amount debited from my bank account.
amount debit ref.number for 650.0 is 221085954(21.02.2012 at 08.48 hours)
amount debit ref.number for 100.0 is 221084737(21.02.2012 at 08.48 hours)
order number not displayed just recharge failure displayed
IM A REGISTERED PAYTM CUSTOMER
please arrange to credit the amount to my bank account
NOTE: 4 TIMES SUCH FAILURE HAPPENED
