MY SUNNET DTH CARD NO. [protected], NOT WORKING PROPERLY, SOME MESSAGES COMING AND SHOWING YOUR SERVICE ENGINEERS WILL BE COMING AND CLEAR THE MATTER, THEN I CALL YOUR AHM (NO.[protected]) ON SEVERAL TIME AND BOOKED MY COMPLAINTS , EVERY TIME TEHY TELLING AFTER TWO DAY OUR SERIVCE ENGG. WITH YOU AND CLEAR THE SOLVE ,THEY FEED THE SAME MESAGE ON EVERY CALL EVERY BODY AND TILL NOW WE ARE NOT GET THE SOLUTION, YOUR DTS SERVICE IS VERY POOR, WE ARE NOT GETING RESPOSNE FROM THEIR, LAST MY COMPLAINT DTD 30/10/2010 . MOST OF THE CHANNEL BLACK, SO PLS SEE AND DO THE ACTION, THIS SAME PROBLEM ON OUR FULL AREA, TOTAL 50 CONNECTION AS ON OUR AREA, SO PLS RECTIFIED THE MATTER OTHER WISE WE ALL ARE CANCELLED THE DTH SERVICE,

SUN DTH — no service

DEAR SIR,
sun dth is a dacoit, they always block the service before 02 days of due recharge is unlawful and also they have failed to show the world cup from last wednesday till now. there are no custaomer care and they are cheating the customers.
pl take necessary action against these bandits.

Sun Direct — No Service on complaint

I am Sun direct customer and my smart card number is [protected]. I
have raise on complain on 24-Sep-2010 complain no is 34228341. While
registering the complain customer care executive assured me that it
would get resolve within 24 hours but still not resolved. I have
called customer care so many time and every time either they are
assuring me that it will get resolved in 24 hours or asking me to speak
their senior guys. Whenever I am trying to contact seniors guys these
executives are saying that they are not available, some are saying to
call in morning others are saying to call in evening but still no one
is trying to resolve the issue and allowing to talk to senior guys.

I do agree SUN DTH is taking customers for a ride. No response for complaints. For them it seems their clock never works as 24 hours never passes. Any time you complaint within 24 hours we will rectify, and for the same repeat reminders again another 24 hours.

And for the money part will they refund the money from the day we complained till the day the service was restored. We all need to team up and take some action so as all are not taken for a ride.

Sun Direct — Service Not Providing

Dear Sir,

I have complaint to sundirect customer care for providing the service of re-alignment of Sundirect connection, on second week of October 2010.

And more than 10 times reminded there customer care, but also not any response taken from there side untill the date 16.11.2010

Due to this iam getting only number of channels now . such as ther provided 12 malayalam channels in the starting time and now it is only -3

Pls help to provide the solution /service from there side.

Due to this more than 100 rs of mobile charges & my valuable time also wasted.

we requested your service center to transfer the dish from 70/25 krishna nagar, 6th street, virugambakkam chennai to 29A,subhanu apartments, Brindhavan Nagar , Valasaravakkam ,Chennai.87. I informed this several times and we complaint this already.they r telling that today we are attending ,but 1st november to till date no one came and attend this. please check your dealer to attend the servvice r remit our amount as early as possible. we requested your service center to transfer the dish from #31 munniappa layout to next building #35
munniappa layout wind tunnel road murugesh palya b'lore -17 I informed this several times and we complaint this already but no use
i am a Sun Direct DTH customer from bangalore, SUN Direct TV Ltd. for the last two month no response from the company. Presently paid Channels are not coming, The dealers of the Sun Direct Dish TV in bangalore are not responding to our request.
