[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Not Getting G Kannada Channel

Sir, I get recharged Rs1310 vide no,[protected] and Rs 110 vide no [protected] on 4/9/11 to my Sun Dth Smartcard No [protected] for 1 year validity at ur dealer R K Printers #04 Hongasandra. Begur Main Rd Bangalore 68 but I am not getting G Kannada Channel since 1 month.On 29/11/11 I phined to ur custmer care ph.no [protected] enquired about this and told that no validity for Rs 110/-.Both the recharge coupens are recharged on the same day and got the service no [protected].On orguing custmer service Lady told that once again verify the validity and convey later.But till now I have not received repply.Hence pl verify the same and get recharged Rs 110/-and active G Kannada channel with immidiate effect.If I do not get I will forsed to approch consumer court for relief
