The broad cost of TV channels has been stoped due to tech issues in SuN direct 15 days before. and we have been informed that the Tech people will come and do the dish alignment. But even after so many compliants raised through Email & phone calls to customer Service there is no response from their end. on Each call they informing it will take further 2 or 3 days. I had bought the SUN Direct TV Product, receipt number 1300 from SUN DIRECT Dealer Company(AV Associates, Pattom, Trivandrum) on 12th May 2010. This is information to you that the product is defective due to their satellite position change and my numerous verbal complaints to their personnel have yielded no results.
None of their number will not work! Only call center person will pick the phone! As you know they have same answer to you every time.
I have never been let down by SUN DTH in the past four months
