AS PER TV ADVERTISEMENT ONLY RS=499/ TO BE PAID TO GET SUNDISH CONNECTED, BUT WHEN I APPROACHED A DEALER AT
SARJINIDEVI ROAD SECUNDERABAD 50003(actually there is no responsible person available, the person who is available does not know latest amount announced, he asks me to pay rs 499+1000+[protected]@rs 75/permonth )

I have bought the sun dish tv from Akshaya Entrp from Bangalore In 19/12/2008.but the executive come on 24/12/2008 and install the dish and saying that within one day this will activate but till no there is not activated..

Hi I have had problems in simple recharge of a Dish tv recharge card two days of my time has been wasted . The sales person has given me a expired card and Dish tv service is waste . All my tv channels have been cut inspite of me paying the money .

The compaints are because you do not have responsible agents/distributors in all important cities in all the states. It is heculian task to find out who deals with rechargeable cards. I was given to understand that the agecy who has instaled Dish is also the same person who sells rechargeable cards., but it is not. Your Agent M/s Sri Sai Teja Marketing & Services, Kamalanagar, ECIL Post (Tel No.[protected] gave me arough idea as to where I can get rechargeable scratch card. Though your advertisement in TV says Rs.499/ 5 months subscription or Rs.75/- pm and for 135 chanels, whereas I had to pay Rs.2250/ ( As advised by your office when my son contacted you at Chennai ) I was informed by your Hyderabad agent that the Subscription for Tamil package for one year is Rs.1000/ plus Rs.1250/ for Dish and box.,
which I have paid on 30/4/09. He has not given any money receipt. He has signed for Sun Direct TV(P)Ltd.
My Smart Card Slo. (SC) R- [protected]. In order to get some telgu channels (Code No.018)5 chanellsStar cricket. I pis Rs.100/ on 2-6-09 and alson contackted[protected] and given all the particulars. Till date you have not activated. Further as advertised in TV you are actually giving false information and when someone approaches you are giving different packages of about 10 to 12 channels only. This is a great diappointment to interested customers. Hope you will change the advertisment or you may have to face legal proceedings. Hope you will take immediate action (l) to rectify the advertiment in you TV channels (2) activate the channels I wanted for the payment of Rs.100/ ihave already paid vide Recharge PIN [protected].May I expect a reply to this mail.
