As per your committment JEEVAN (MALAYALAM) SHOULD HAVE INCORPORATED IN THE
CHANANEL LIST BUT THIS CHANNEL IS MISSING MY NET WORK SINCE THE INSTALLATION.

I have purchased a sun dish in the month of Jun 08. My sun dish is not working (means i getting the prompt of "channel scrambled" for all channels from 13.2.09.

I have complained to the local dealer from whom I have purchased. But no response.

I do not know whom should I contact and how to rectify this?

Why sun dth is telecast for other tamil music channels( isaiaruvi, jayamax, Raj musix ), news channel (Raj news) & comedy channel (siripoli), because most customers has been require for the channels, but currently not available for sun dth, So that customers go to the other DTH operators ( Big tv, Digital tv, Dish Tv & Tata sky).

SUGGESTION FOR SUN DTH :
Immediately arrangement for telecast this channels to Sun DTH else if you had lost for your MANY customers.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR EVERY BUSINESS.
