[Resolved]  Sun Dish TV — Cheating customers

Hi,

I just took the Sun dish tv connection, just 2 months back on 02/03/2010 with set up box no: po[protected], smart card id: [protected]r by paying 1690/- (1250/- installation charges + 440/- rent) with SR Nagar dealer in Hyderabad.

After installing, I faced many problems with the signal, that every time I have to call technician for repairing it and for him to attend would take at least 2 to 3days. He told that he would be attending only for 3 times and from 4th time, it will charge for me for his service, which never was been told when I took the connection.

Last week, suddenly there was a problem with the Setup box. When I called technician, who came after 3 days told there will be a problem with the box and carries a warranty period of 1 year and took the Setup box along with the adaptor promising he will return that within 2days after repairing it.

I was in touch with him everyday and he kept on reasoning that he has given the box to the repair and will be repaired and returned the next day.

Now, after one week, he is telling that there is a problem with the Adopter and not the Setup box and have to pay 500/- for the charger.

First of all, I have been under a loss by taking the connection in last 2 months and Sun Tv has introduced a New scheme without the installation charges last month.

I am wasting my time by taking the connection and calling the dealer everyday for which I will not be paid with the proper response. Not even 2 months, the Adaptor is not working.

What if I have to go long with your service for years together? Your charges and the kind of services offering has reflected within 1 month, I took the connection.

The products provided to customers are so cheap in quality that it has a problem from the day one.

Now, I have decided to cancel the connection and go for a local cable network connection for which I will be getting a fair and respectable response when compared to you people.

Thanks for owing my money and giving me such a pathetic experience and wasting my time.

I will also let the people know, who wish to buy your connection about my bad experiences and all the inconvience caused by you people.
