[Resolved] Sundirect — Non response | |||
I had direct DTH and my Card No. is [protected]. For maintaianing my balance and package my self, i am tried to register on Sundirect web. but i could not find an option in the web for registration. Hence, i am contacting the customer care through web and also by email provided by them since long but till date i had not received any response. Further i am subscribed South Pack of Rs.165/- but when recharging they are recharging for Rs.200/- and telling that the balance will be adjusted. But they are giving service only for one month. I am paying like this since last three months. I could not contact them. Why they are not providing proper details and if not giving proper details why they are maintaing the web page?
