Complaint against SUNSHINE CARGO PACKERS(Gurgaon)
Bike from NEW DELHI to BANGALORE on 08/10/10. The coordinator of SUNSHINE CARGO PACKERS said to me, bike will be delivered within 5-7days means on (14/10/10 or 15/10/10). But till 27/10/10 I did not get by bike.
From 13/10/10 I am calling them but everytime they responded with different tones. All the promises given by them was not get completed. From my side I called them around every hour. I send SMS but they did not reply. Now the situation is this whenever they pick up my call, are not responding properly and using abusive words.

I have visited the address given on the bill but there is no office of sunshine today its 9th of nov till the date i have no received my bike
I am entangled,I believe I have been cheated by the packers and movers.. This is my humble request please help.
