i took the idia conection last one week before. i submited all my documents aplications every thing. now my number is disconected before last 3 days back, b'coz delar will not submited my document to u, how can thay r very iresponcibel, and how is responsibel for that mistak.

Dear Sir/madam

I have applied for the pan card on may 05 2010 because of address proof it got rejected. I have reapplied for the pan card on may 27th with address proof and all the necessary documents.

Registration No:[protected]this is the no i got while submitting my form)

Also i tried to check online using following website. I shows nothing.

Now its been almost 18 days i haven't received my pan card so i called chennai office 25341356 and also bangalore office 25553301. They sais they haven't received my form. I went to the jaynagar bangalore office where i have submitted form earlier they said they have already send my form.

So there for i am complaining here for lost of my pan card form.

Please help me to rectify the issue.

Hello Sir Im Anulika Mishra I had reapplied for my pan card no. ARLPM7267p coupon no.[protected], Sir I called up no's of time to the pan card department [protected] and as per the suggestion of Vijaya Employee of pan card department I had faxed letter twice I have the receipt of fax. Last time I had again words with Vijaya she accepted that she had received my fax she matched all the relevent details and answered that I will receive my pan card on this Monday but Monday has already passed I wait till Tuesday but I dint get my pan card so today 19/01/2011 I called up to the pan card phone no same as given had words with Vijaya She confirmed all the details and denied that she dint received fax sir I have already recorded he voice last time when I had words with her. She accepted that she got the fax and gave time till Monday 17/01/2011, but I dint get so after listening to this she put my call on hold I was on hold for more than 10-15 min. than call was disconnected I called back again same thing she did confirmed all the details and put me on hold infact this time I had asked her to not put me on hold she listen to that answered yes but she put me on hold without my permission I was waiting for her responsed for 10- 15 again call disconnected dint get any resoponsed Kindly help me to get my pan card I have all the proof that I have faxe she received that fax. Now she is denying. Im not atll satisfyied by the no ans given by Vijaya and without ans or permission put me on hold for 15min and disconnected my call.
Please help me to get my Pan card its very neccessary Im waiting for your response.

We have applied for PAN card on 16th Feb, 2013. It is already 30 days but we did not get PAN card. When we checked with Superseva we came to know that they have processed our application March 7th. 20 days they did not bother processing the application. SuperSeva has stupid staff. Superseva services are worst. Dont go to them.

SuperSeva pays very less salary to their staff although there is not much of work pressure. The environment is not good. They take the SSLC marksheet on ransom saying that the manpower is less. I have left SuperSeva due to better prospect but my SSLC marks sheet is struck. They say it will take 10 days to release the certificate. I need the certificate very urgently. Please help

I sent a courier on 14th May by SuperSeva from Paypal office, Sholinganalur.
I checked with SuperSeva person on 21st May as the courier NOT delivered. They gave a courier slip (MAA[protected] and told me that courier already delivered. But the courier still NOT delivered.

Is this the seva you are providing and named your organization as 'SuperSeva' ???


You should respect the timelines & deliverables booked by someone till it reaches the destination.
