[Resolved]  Supertech Builders — Non Refund of Booking amount after cancellation

I had booked a property with Supertech Builders in Noida in April 2011. I had cancelled the same in December 2012 and submitted all relevant papers. The reason of cancellation was increase in cost. Till date refund has not come and on enquiry a commitment of clearance by the 17th of next month is given.As I am in urgent need of money can I expect any help? Supriyo Banerji
