I want to know about the supertech eco village project 2. Last sunday on may 2 they did the bhumi pujan of part 1 nothing started yet and they started the new project. Is this possible they won't do any fraud... Waiting for your response friends

We understand your concern, however we have to follow the policies and the directions from authority as well, so the actions have been taken accordingly.

For your information -

The criteria for a confirmed booking is 10% of the Total Flat Cost and the same is already been mentioned in all our price lists and allotment letter too. Hence in compliance to this 10% has to be paid, however we regret to state that you have not qualified our criteria for booking. Moreover unfortunately after SC verdict, we are unable to continue your booking with us.

* Note: To inform you, who have paid the substantial amount, we are considering their case forward.

I have booked my flat after that i got payment letter on 6th july.On the same date decision comes against you.After that you are not collecting money.I have enquired for the same.But your people says that when the problem will bw solved we will shift your flat.Even i have mail from crm that you will got flat in another tower.After that you have send the letter for cancellation to us, when the prices have been raised.So if you want to cancel my flat then you have to said it straightforward when i have enquired first time so that i can take flat from another dealer.So if you are not able to give flat then you should pay me the amount greater by this much as the prices have been raised.If you really said you are doing for customers.Then you should do that.
The supertech limited has done another thing.They have cancelled the flats of the persons without giving any prior notice
This happend with me and many other.The supertech Ltd.Cancelled the allotment on the lame excuse of not depositing the 10% amount of cost.How ever they kept on sending the next demand but did not mention any where the short fall of the amount of 10% even though I got the agreement and allotment letter from them.It is surprising that the due to short payment of 6800/-They cancelled the allotment of many people those who paid amount short by 2000/-.Its also surprising that without giving any opportunity to the person or notice of short amount they canceled the flat.
Since they are expecting the increase in the rates and trying such tricks to throw the old buyers and inviting new buyers at higher rates to make there losses good which they might have suffered by paying bribe to govt officials and the ruling govt.
My appeal to all consumers those who have got the cancellation letter without any prior notice from the supertech to join hands together and thrash them in the court of law or gather in front of the office of supertech LTd to teach them lesson and so that the cancelled flats may be restored.
yes manoj you are right.So we have to connect to each other We need to show unity and fight for our flat.So we should have gather this saturday 17th of march in front of supertech office that is in noida.We should talk to the supertech persons for this.Are you ready for this.If they are not ready then we should have to take action against them.
So As everybody know they are cancelling flat Inspite of this they are saying they will refund the money within 6 months.Why we give our money to them for six months.We are not cancelling the flats.They are cancelling.They donot know how much interest they will pay if they are cancelling.They are not paying interest for that 6 months also.
What to do with them.
As everybody know that they are cancelling the flats.They havenot given me a chance to pay the money.They have cancelled the flat.Now they are not refunding the money even after submitting the affidevit.They are doing only fraud.Why govt. is not staying on the other projects.Is this type of fraud will always be happen? I think so govt should stop there all projects bcz this is much fraud builder.Why we will wait for our money for long type.They have not given me a single chance to pay money.Why i will give them time to refund my money?
with humble submission and with request i want to state you that, i am the owner o[censored]nit no, 0101(R010F000101/Flat no.101)in F tower at super tech Palm green-Resedential scheme in new moradabad..According to the allotment letter my possession date was[protected] but we have not get that so far, and all above of that your office staff is also not able to give me the actual date of possession.please give me the actual date of possesion.Its a request with no more excuses please..

Taking the Noida extension story( Eco Village-1, 2 & 3), the approval is pending from “NCRPB” and all the projects over there are on stay since long, even than in this turbulent time we supported our affected customers (shaberi customers) and reallocated them to new and safe units.

Please do not try to make fool customers by giving these statements.you have cancelled the flats by giving unrealistics reason.You have cancelled the flats without giving any chance for 1 day or any notice to customers.While the customers have given there affidevit You are not paying back the money to customer in 2 months.Customers has not given any time to pay the money on disputed land.But you are not refunding the money even after taking 2 months long.customers has faced lose of 10 L for your this type of fraud.But you are not paying penalty for this even you are not refunding.So please do not write here you have shifted to safe flats.You have cancelled the flats only.You have done fraud only.so please you remove this post and people and court should fight just to end this builder.This is not a good builder.

We don’t agree with your statement because we work with transparent policies and have clear gesture towards it. We have never miss guide any one neither uses such malpractices. Supertech is renowned for its credibility to fair deals.

Please advise me about any experience you have with Supertech regarding their Renessa project. I am planning to invest in the same but am wary if it would be safe or not.
Never believe them.They have just cancelled the flat of noida extension.I have booked my flat in may 2011 by giving 50000.After that few days they have lost the case in high court and they stop take money.I go to office in may for understanding amount.they told me file is not completed when it will be then you will be asked for money.But they never given me call.After july they are not taking the money for these projects.I have visited office to pay money.Suddenly i got the cancellation letter from office in december.As i am a innocent working person.some how for builder i submit my affidevit.But they havnot given me refund my money from that time.So this is the height of builder fraud.So rest is your wish if you want to go with them or not.In another unit they told me to give possesion on july 2012.But as everybody know they havenot start construction.So they should pay me my rent money.They are not paying that amount also.So people should unite and stop the work for other projects also like supernova, ecociti.

We don’t agree with your statement because cancellation letters have been issued only to those who have not paid as per conditions of the sale agreement.

1) The criteria for a confirmed booking is 10% of the Total Flat Cost and the same is already been mentioned in all our price list and allotment letter too. Hence in compliance to this 10% has to be paid, so whomsoever has not qualified our criteria for booking we are unable to continue their booking with us.

2) As per Hon'ble HC verdict, the development /construction would be restart post NCRPB approvals on Master PLAN 2021. As on date the situation is same across entire Noida Extension. The development in EV projects will start soon after NCRPB compliance. The requisite applications are already underway & hopefully permission will be announced soon.

3) Just to inform all our clients through this query that we start the process of refund, only when we get all the documents for the same. Customer query is prime importance to us, so we serve each and every problem through mails, phone calls and via internet as well.

1)If the criteria is of 10% Then why you have booked the flat at 50000 only.Why you havenot ask for money.Why you refused to take money.Why you have booked flat on disputed land.?Why you are not taking the money after 6th july?Why you havenot cancelled the flat after one month?Why you cancelled it after one year?
2)The another criteria is also if you will not avail the flat in given possesion time.Then you will pay penalty.Will you pay the penalty to those whose flats are safe in EV2.Surely you will not be able to deliver the flat at time.

The above comment posted is there personal help.So after long tired fight i have not found suitable this company.I am getting lots of personal messages also regarding this whether people should go with them or not.So i will say only one answer never! I think so if you want to give some cherity means you have some money then you can think about to go with supertech.Bcz they will make your investment as your cherity by fraud.

New game from Supeertech Side...

Project is not in running state and Supertech is sending the demand letter, and if no one paid in time line they are cancelling the booked unit. Means aisa phasiya hai saloon ne janta to dohri maar de rehe hain. Also they are recovering the interest jo pehle nahi diya tha...aur bahut kuch hai

But ab chayee ki ek team bane jo in logo ki khilaf lade...please post your comments here and we will plan to move this on soma other place so we can put details for all flat holders.

And never GO with SUPERTECH in future. Please...
Here is another example...

I had a demand letter from supertech dated - 7 feb 2011 and total outstanding is 4764 Rs. Which i paid on 16 Feb 2011.

Now i got another demand letter after 2 yrs of booking in which they asking me for the interest of RS 13909. This interest they count from beginning means before 7 FEB 2011. I visit their office so they are not ready to listen any customer and if we are not paing this amount with in given time frame they are going to cancel my unit.

And also project is still in dead state. so why this Installment now...
NEVER GO WITH SUPERTECH GUYS SPECIALLY SERVICE SECTOR...
