Wrong route&rash driving

Dear sir,

ref:B061161137&36/11-6-2011.

Insteed of 21kms your cab taken to wrong route 31kms and we paid Rs.500 but last time same place we paid only Rs.350, (Driver also good service done),also rash driving. ur services are good but some times this is happend. Pl ensure in future and advise ur Drivers. thanks
