I haven't received my complete salary and contacting head for more than 5 months. They're not even responding to any of my queries. Really frustrated. We are asking not for any extra pay or over hike. Just asking money for what we have to be paid. Hanging for more than 5 months and yet to receive a response. I don't know why the hell the position for program manager and settlements team is being there. I don't know how to claim my money too !!! Frustrated.

They started IT as a new venture in Hyderabad couple of years ago and for that they hired few people who have worked together somewhere.These people don't have any marketing strategies and failed to acquire projects.They only put pressure on developers and stretch their working hours with no extra compensation or leave.They are not project managers but pressure managers.They hire skilled experienced people for urgent requirement and fire them after the critical task is done.For some people whom they fire, they don't pay the notice period salary, but only turn up if a lawyer notice is issued
All the Sutherland managers should be behind bars! They are all highly immoral, biased, underskilled(the only skill they have is manipulating people), beasts in human form.
The only reason this company survives is because they constantly keep hiring! people leave on one side after getting manipulated and a new scapegoat becomes available on the other side to run the show and obviously before the new scapegoat comes to where it has landed it gets manipulated.The trick is to keep hiring so that nobody knows what goes on inside! Human labour has become so cheap in India that organisations like these thrive!
