Suvidha Educational Academy based at Vikas Puri and Janak Puri offer pathetic customer service.

I used the application form submission service and paid full Rs. 200 for the service. Given no receipt but promised submission of form within a couple of days and confirmation once the same is done. Had to visit the shops 3 times to get a confirmation on the form submission as no was willing to pick the landline phone at the shops and the owners did not wanted to share the mobile numbers.

I paid to ensure hassel free service but in the end felt that it would have been better if I had submitted the form myself.
