[Resolved] Suvidhaa — non refund of Security deposit amount | |||
I have started a suvidhaa retail outlet for railway ticket booking, MSEB bill pament, BSNL bill payment & other services in oct 2007. At that time a local person Mr. Shishir Bhartia was appointed by company as franchisee. With him company personnel organised a seminar locally. At that time they take Rs. 40,000/- from me As security deposit (Rs. 25,000/-) ,Cost of POP material & other(Rs.15,000/-).Due to non commencement of of promised services & a very poor quality of railway reservation facility started by Suvidhh, the counter wasn't became econmically viable. It encurs me a loss of 60,000/- over a period of 10 months. Since then I stooped the sevices & requested the Suvidhaa personnel to refund my Security deposit. Also I called their office at mumbai on no.[protected] & requested to refund my security deposit. I had given written request to suvidhha personel who visited my counter on[protected]. But despite promises, I have not received a single pai till date. This company looks a fraud .They are collecting money from unemployed people & then cheating them. We have received your complain on Consumer Complaint box regarding your concern about security deposit. As per telephonic conversation we have informed you that there is no security deposit pending at suvidhaa end. However, the amount your paid to suvidhaa is already updated in you system as working limit which you have already utilized by using suvidhaa services.
Kindly find the summary of payment adjustment:
Registration fees : 9500/- + 500 /-
Cost of printer(Thermal Printer) & other equipment : 13000/-
Limit Updated (POS) :5000/- on 08/11/2007
: 7000/- on 05/02/2008
