[Resolved] Suzuki Access 125 — Problem from the day 1 of purchase | |||
Sir I have a Access 125, purchased @ ABT Chennai, in 2007 December. Since the day one I got the scooter I am facing Service Problem with the scooter and ABT service, Having a Good vehicle it is very important that to select a good service setup. My very old existing problem till today. I was complaining about the Tyre which was worning in a side wise. This problem is due to the fork or chassis bend only. By several arguments and repeteadly insiting till now I had not got solution for it. My recent Problem: Past four months i have got fed up with the service they do for my scooter. I gave a complaint that my scooter is not control in slow speed when idle. It was not arrested till now. Past two service they simply adjust the air screw and will deliver the vehicle, when i start within 10 - 15 kms the scooter will get raising up heavely. Again If i come in the evening they will slow down it. Again after 10-15 kms the slow speed will not get adjuste the engine will get off during signals. From the past two service after the service my vehicle will not start. I have called the ABT Service person they came and will start the vehicle and give it to me. This practice thrice in the last three months. I a mechanical engineer I requested them to adjust the tapped valves. Because some times if the valves are loose the carburator will not get adjusted. I was running the vehicle for the two months having this complaints not rectified. Now at 3rd December 2011, I had left my vehicle for service. Complaints are, There was a sound from the bottom left side at initial pickup. Sound near the head (tapped sound). While I was leaving my vehicle for service I doubtly asked the service personnel to check for oil in the engine. The oil was less. I asked them their is no leak in the engine any where ? How the oil got less. Also asked them Past two servcies was done at your centre only within the span of 3.5 months. I doubt that they may have poured less engine oil or forgot to pore oil for the past two services. After One week I came to take the vehicle. They gave a estimate of Rs,3500/-. I tested my vehicle. The same Noices were comming after changing several parts in the head. I asked them why should I Pay Rs.3,500/- since the same noice is comming. They tried to mannage in a smarter way. Again they commited along with their Service Manager that they will arrest the sound. Today I went to collect the Scooter. Now the engine is giving some other noice which was not at the time of giving service. Now their estimate is to Pay near Rs.10,000/-. I shouted at them and asked them the vehicle delivery today itself having rectified the problems. I was near the service Person. They are Optionaly changing other spares and doing R& D to arrest the sound for which I have to Pay for all the spares which they had replaced which is not faulty. My blood got boiled at that time and came out of the service centre. My blood is boiling during this letter drafting . And I dont have words to express my worries. Pl Help me in getting a good service with resonable payment. I even dont know weather the problem will get solved within this week. My Service Order Number is 8152 dt 03/10/2011.
