[Resolved] Suzuki Access 125 — Defective scooter and worst service centre | |||
I bought my Suzuki Access 125 in Jan, 2012 from Suzuki dealer at Industrial Area, Panchkula. The day when i bought it there was problem in lock. After 4 months its engine start giving problem. I took it to service centre 10 times but every time after 2-3 days it starts giving problem in engine. After they said they changed some parts in warranty and they charged me for for outside labour which i don't understand. After one week it again start giving problem. This time they said they will repeair it under warranty and will not charge anything. But when i went to collect it they first refuse to give me bill for what part they changed and when i asked for bill they threatened me to pay charges for what parts they changed in warrenty. I think they are doing something wrong related to parts. But realy worst vehicle I ever drive and worst service ever at Suzuki dealer at Industrial Area, Panchkula. this harassment i never face in my life before and it still going on.
