I have posted several feedback related to delay in delivery for Suzuki Access 125 but never received any response. Are Suzuki management are dumb or chosen not to response. This is a unprofessional on part of Suzuki.

Further the On Road price mentioned on Suzuki website is not the same what dealer asks for On Road Price. Dealer's price is much higher than price on Website. Can Suzuki management confirm this.

I would apreciate if MD/GM of Suzuki take a note of this.

T V C motorcycle — not availablity of part

I purchase a motorcycle (TVS star city) from city autos authorised dealer of tvs company. after five month of purchase the fuel meter( which is in warranty period) has been fault. when i contacted the dealer . The dealer said the fuel meter is not in stock . After passing one month i have not recieved the fuelmeter and dealer not ensuring about that. please take necessary action.
take in writing from the dealer that the concerned part is not available so that if in future he cannot say that problem was not reported within the warranty period

Respected sir,
Recently had been to a dealer of suzuki in hoshiarpur and jalandhar and booked an access . at the time of booking they have imposed me no of mendatory conditions like an accessory of 3500, teflon coating, insurence from dealer only etc.when i disagreed with terms they refuse me to give an access and i start planing for HONDA ACTIVA because the dealers of honda does not impose any mendatory term on coustomer, i want to put this in the manegement notice that dealer in jalandhar and hoshiarpur impose no of mendatory conditions on customer and force them to fulfill if the coustomer is in order to buy it, is it part of suzuki company own strategy that if one wish to own a suzuki vehicle then he has to tolerate dealers exploitation, isn't it a secandary way of black marketing, can the suzuki managment take a notice of it so that a customer like me who like to own a suzuki vehicle should not go for some other alternative.i'll be so greatful i[censored] imidiately take some action and ask the dealer to recognize all the type of customers being i am still looking to buy access.

The above complaint by L K Srivastava is write in all manner, my sistem booked the acces 125 with a booking amount of rs 5000 to a delear in nasik on 19.06.08 where she has told by the delear as her waiting no is 31. but now since more than 4 monts time she nither received a vechile nor any update form the delear .

Customer is god and suzuki must remember the same if they want to be long term busineess .

Hope a reply from management atleast with the contact no will reach to above email id where as on the web site of Suzuki a conatct no of the company representative will be reflected asap.

I want to buy an Acceess 125 in Davangere but the Ex showroom price from your website is lesser then the price offered by the suzuki dealer in Davangere.
I think he was trying to cheat us by telling rong information about company fitted parts. So please send me the company fitted parts list.

Dear Sir,
I m a costomer of suzuki zeus. When I had service of my bike in month of August at Noida Dealer, he had changed battery of my bike during service & fitted old battery. Is this type of attitude good way with costomer satisfaction?

Please take action on my this Problem as soon as possible.

I am very very disapointed with suzuki India, being a global player, i did not expect this from Suzuki, its been more than a month now, i have been waiting for front disc brake pads, and it is still not in stock, i dont know how long i will have to wait, its very humiliating to go on a bike with the screeching sound of the bike, people must be saying i am not bothered about the bike, i feel ashamed to tell people that SUZUKI DOESNOT HAVE SPARES, I called suzuki service c entre they told me that the order has been rejected and they are not sure when the new order will be processed.

It goes without saying that when Global player like Suzuki comes out with a product it should ensure that there is enough of spares available in the market.

I am so fed up now, i have stopped speaking good about the company and recommending to friends.

Hope my complaint will be taken seriously, and improve your customer service.

I don't know where to complaint against it or will somebody will listen to me or no hope.

I have been trying to get a Suzuki Zeus - alloy wheel/disc brake model in Ghaziabad/Noida (UP.) since last 2 months.
But the delars are deviating me always sayign that Suzuki has stopped producing this model & you buy a different one.

But When I went to the portal it is available there pls let me know if the bike model is available or not.

Pls forward this mail to the concerned deptt. who can help me out.

I have to but a bike by this month end if Zeus is not available I will go for some other manufacturer model, this is the limit.

i told at the time of serviceing to techician to chk millage problem, battery, buzzor is not working properly. they don, t service for that compliant still now, but he charged labour charge Rs 175, 220.

I have purchase ur company two wheeler Scooter on[protected] at Vijayawada, I am staying in vizianagarm in A.P (north coastal district) can u pls provide me the availablity of servicing centers in Vizianagarm/Visakhaopatnam.
When I have enquire ur Vijayawada Show room they hav e informed that Rajahmundry is the only servicing center to Vizianagarm. Can u clirfy me is there a servicing center in Visakhpoatnam or Vizianagarm.
All Motor cycle manufacturers in India are trying to improve Fuel efficiency resulting very high mileage per Ltr of Petrol. I understand 50-60 Km is guaranteed average which may go up to even 100 Km/Ltr.

I have a humble suggestion which will help in increase the sales today.

My humble suggestion to u people is to make a Double Compartment Fuel Tank.
Provide just 5-6 Ltr Tank near the Seat for Petrol (Enough for 250 to 300 Km)
The balance 20 Ltr tank should be so designed that it may serve like a "Basket" with a Locking Lid. Scooters are considered more use full for they have Helmet Box and other space to carry items of daily need.

All the Motor-cycle owners today face the problem of carrying grocery or vegetables or wheat to flourmill.

You may take a survey by asking questions for this in News Papers.
At Petrol pumps No Bike Driver is asking for 'Full Tank’ petrol. They are generally purchasing 1 to 2 Ltr or even worth Rs 20/-only.

Please give a cool thought to this Suggestion. This might do MIRACLES.

i want to buy your access 125 scooter, but i am now scaring to buy it.

Very true, they dont have the decency to reply to complaint in feed back. Even this was brought to the notice of anamika.[protected]@suzukimotorcycle.in. Solving your complaints is limited uptill dealers only. So better bring this to the notice of Suzuki company handling India's suzuki.
I agree with you, I have purchased Acess last month, had a puncture within a month, no tube available,
shame on Suziki India
