I have posted several feedback related to delay in delivery for Suzuki Access 125 but never received any response. Are Suzuki management are dumb or chosen not to response. This is a unprofessional on part of Suzuki.

Further the On Road price mentioned on Suzuki website is not the same what dealer asks for On Road Price. Dealer's price is much higher than price on Website. Can Suzuki management confirm this.

I would apreciate if MD/GM of Suzuki take a note of this.

I purchased a access 125 recently and it was delivered to me with a tilted handle and uneasy to ride, i hope i get a response from you regarding the same.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have admitted my access 125 CC in suzuki service center, jabalpur (MP) to change the wire of back seat. During the wire changing technician open my bike and break the lock pipe and then joint that pipe. Now they are saying your lock has been old and you have to change. That is not fair and i am not satisfied that service.

Please take right action to resolve.

While riding, the lower portion of the bike gets hit which is putting claw marks at bottom of the engine .Repeated hit in the lower portion of the bike is harming the engine and may cause an accident of grievous nature at any point of time.

When I have escalated this issue to Riya suzuki service center they treated me rudely with no solution and they are directly blaming Suzuki saying that, “never trust a foreign brand cause they do not know the dynamics of the Indian roads”.

On approaching them on 6th December, 2014, the service center mechanic adjusted bike mono suspension on setting 4, which is giving me a horrible experience and the smoother ride that was expected is denied and because of which am suffering from severe back pain.

It feels like I have been cheated and request you to kindly look into the matter and refund my full amount at the earliest or provide me a proper solution to resolve this.

While purchasing i have paid around 87.000 Rs. Cash.

Your early and immediate reply in this regard will highly be appreciated.

i was purchased access 125 3 years before (in 2012) from icon suzuki, ashram road, ahmedabad with 6 paid service contract. The 6 free service+ 6 paid service = 12 total service i have done at icon suzuki which is finished in february (2014). After 1 or 1.5 year shining of my vehicle was dull and it look like 8 to 10 years old. November, 2014 i see white smoke in silencer and kilometer of my vehicle is only 14000. So i went to showroom to show that problem and they said engine is dead. i just wonder and agree on them. but...????????????????

I have purchased suzuki Access on 06.04.2013. Since purchase I have been suffered a lot by dealer by all possible ways. As I have not take a delivery of Rregistration Certificate till yet.I am continuous taking follow up with ur dealer. He has not taken any care for it and my inconvineance. Whenever I go there for RC I got ruff answer from it like Neeraj sir is no here. Till date the RC is not given to me. When I purchase Suzuki Lets after 2 days informing that box free, after 15 days design change, Why like this? we are very upset like why did I choose This SUZUKI COMPANY Changing Models within 2 or 3 days, Customers are mad to purchase SUZUKI MOTOR CYCLE????? How did I Tell SUZUKI Motor Cycle are very good??? So, Kindly Request Please I want update stricker model (or) Modified my suzuki lets motorcycle.

I have punches Lets scooty hardly 3-4 month and Lock is not working .Km run 1000 +. So far my knowledge that my scooty is in Warranty and Agartala, Tripura, PIN-799001 service centre asked me to pay for that Rs.650+ . So please let me know in my mail that whether I will get free replacement or not. So far my knowledge that company will provide free replacement. My feeling is that Local service centre try to escape from service and malfunctioning with customer. If you wish I will provide invoice copy and other necessary related with my scooty.
I would like you to look into the issue and do the needful.

Dear Suzuki Representatives,

I am a proud owner of new Suzuki Access 125 cc which I bought in the month of May from Mumbai City. Unfortunately my main ignition key has been misplaced and I have failed to find it. However when I am Referring the OWNER'S MANUAL it is clearly mentioned that I can request for a replacement keys by quoting the key number which is 1.837A.
When I called the Customer service number[protected] for assistance and help, they were not able to help me with my serious concerns. I am highly disappointed and upset because I am not getting the support and help from your company to loyal customer like me. If you would check your records then you will come to know that I always bought Suzuki brand two wheelers in my life and always recommended my friends and family to buy only Suzuki Automobiles.
I would plea you to kindly look in to my issue on high priority and expedite in to this matter so I can get a resolution at the earliest. Your prompt and positive response will be highly appreciated.

Reference to discussion with Mr. Gurav Suzuki office

I have bought Suzuki Access 125 registration number KA 23 EN 9807

I have serious issues on below topics

1. Unprofessional unethical behavior of local service dealer

We have bought access 125 bike few months bike with full complete amount.

Yesterday, 5th Feb. 2018, the key lock of my access 125 got un functional. It did not moved anyhow. So I called local service person of Suzuki and also brought him to place to do needful.

Local sales and service office at Nipani Starlet Suzuki Nipani

has took away lock without closing front assembly and without giving any written note with commitment that he will replace new company one immediately within end of day.

After few hours we kept him calling he did not pick phone and after that he told us to bring Owners manual and RC book and after check he told that he can do because it is in warranty but he cannot inform certain time period as he cannot work only for our service requirement. Till that time I have to keep my bike switched off without replacement.

He has also even challenged that nobody in this world can offer this which he is just doing for sake of charity.

Kindly confirm is it your way of servicing customer.

Also in addition above recent case, in every free 1 year warranty service time, he charged us extra amount without giving any reasonable justification, evidence and proofs….

He do servicing of our valuable bike at behind our eyes and donot provide videos of same even on request. All of such working behaviors look like thieves and robbers… Please stop all such bad business practices and respect your loyal customer and their money and time.

These service providers always demand for things without justification and relevance evidence and documentation. They always take away fuel inside bike and make tank empty during service time.

I have been played with my money, time and bike, by your service provider from last few days and need quick authorised service from your reputed company.

We are from small town and most of people and customers are from village who are not well equipped with Internet, emails and making customer complains for which these local agents are taking disadvantage and taking unethical benefits.

Kindly request to your good office to look into matter and reply at earliest.

Now days my bike problems started every week I have face lot of problems. And really that service centre persons are rapped my bike.nowdays i cant take bike out side Becoz speedometer not working, kilometre speed display not working, and past two days back bike horn not working and all fiitings are not tightend properly and running time bike was noisy.

The service provided by the below mentioned centre is really very very poor. And I am totally unhappy with the service provided.
It was clearly told to service all the parts and components irrespective of amount charged. I also gave full freedom to do what ever is required but the way it was delivereyis really terrible.

Even the bike was in good condition before giving it for service and now it had gone to a worst condition.

Irrespective of the showroom I just ask the suzuki to take up this and do the needful. days my bike problems started every week I have face lot of problems.
