I have posted several feedback related to delay in delivery for Suzuki Access 125 but never received any response. Are Suzuki management are dumb or chosen not to response. This is a unprofessional on part of Suzuki.

Further the On Road price mentioned on Suzuki website is not the same what dealer asks for On Road Price. Dealer's price is much higher than price on Website. Can Suzuki management confirm this.

I would apreciate if MD/GM of Suzuki take a note of this.

I am a owner of suzuki zeus 125cc. If you are lucky to have a good service centre otherwise suzukimotorcycle.in dont give reply to your emails or complaints through website. Nor this anamika.[protected]@suzukimotorcycle.in. gives any reply.

THIS IS THE POOREST OF THE POOR SERVICE INTHE WORLD OF SUZUKI
I have had terrible after sales service experience from Swami Motors, Chandigarh. This is the third time I went for my third servise of the scooter. The following was observed at every visit:-
(1) I was asked to come at 9:30 AM., but the safaiwallas came at 09:45. leave aside the workers who came at 10 AM. The so called manager came at 10:15.
(2) There was no one available till 10:45 to attend to my scooter.
(3) there was no electricictyt at that time and they did not even have a backup to wash the Scooter.
(4) I was told to come some other day for the washing
(5) The receptionist and the workers were abusing each other in the choicest PUNJABI LINGO and there was no one to stop them
(6) The staff especially the receptionist was very rude with the GO TO HELL attitude.
(7) The proprieter has not been there during all my visits so that I could apprise him of the happenings in his dealership.
I DO NOT KNOW IF THIS IS THE JAPNESE CULTURE AS FOR AS WORK IS CONSIDERED. I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND AS O HOW sUZUKI A REPUTED NAME IN THE INDUSTRY HAS GIVEN THE DEALERSHIP TO SUCH CALLOUS PEOPLE.

After reading thru' all the complaints I have come to know the antipathy of the Suzuki against the customer. I booked a Suzuki Access on 31st Jan. by paying an advance of Rs.2000 and was asked to take the delivery of the vehicle after 2 months. Now after 2 months when I call the dealer, they say me that I need to pay the complete amount now and take the delivery of the vehicle after a month else we would have to wait for 2 more months for the vehicle. Paying full money is nothing more than bribing to make sure my name come above others who have paid advances earlier to me...which is sheer corruption. On on side they say that they don't have vehicles and on the other side they say that u pay the full amount now and the take the vehicle after one month.!!!

I also wrote a review about pricing of Access in their website. I had not seen any reply so far (been couple of weeks now). This is the most unprofessional approach i had seen as of now. Think trice before deciding to get a product from such an unprofessional Company (so called 3rd largest 2 wheeler producer). Suzuki has failed to satisfy a customer before buying their product i am very much sure that they would definitely fail to satisfy the customer post purchase also.

Suzuki motorcycles/access 125 — No delivery of vehicle after 5 months of booking

I have booked a suzuki access grey color scooter on 31st of december 2008.It has been more than 5 months and suzuki hasn't delivered the vehicle to me. All the calls to the dealer has been unsuccesful.Suzuki india needs to look into this ASAP.

I have purchased the above mentioned vehicle from your authorized showroom from Aurangabad (Maharastra). The authorized service engineers at showroom checked this vehicle & then the documents were handedover to me on 5/6/2009.
On bringing the vehicle at home I heard abnormal sound from the vehicle. So I got my vehicle inspected from your authorized service center at Nasik & they informed me that there was no gear oil in the vehicle & the compartment was completely dry.
Accrdingly they have filled the gear oil.
Later on again I am facing the similar problem in the vehicle after getting it home.

This is a serious lapse the part of the service center & Engineers at Aurangabad, & it must have caused serious damages in the new brand vehicle.

As such you are requested to replace this vehicle with another new vehicle at the earliest possible.

I am herewith enclosing the Xerox copies of all the documents so far received by me from your showroom & service center.

i am totally agree with this complaint.yes this true that price for suzuki access on website and mention by dealers is higher than on-road price .please confirm the exact price for access .what is the original price...don't befool the the customers...
I have purchased a Suzuki Zeus on 26th October, 08 from your dealer Gennext Auto Pvt. Ltd. M.P. Nagar, Bhopal vide Bill No. 954 dated 26.10.08, Chasis No. MB8NF4BCK[protected], Engine No. F[protected]. This is for your kind information that after one month from the date of purchase I have facing lot of problems in my motorcycle. I am giving below the problems step by step.

Suzuki Motorcycles India Limited — Accessories not provided.

I bought a Suzuki Access 125 from IBAYS MOTORCYCLES PVT. LTD. at Kukatpally, Hyderabad, India in June 2009.

The dealer should have provided an additional foot mat as part of the accessories kit (I paid in full for the accessories); however they did not provide it and passed off the standard foot mat (which comes as a default from the factory) as the foot mat accessory.

I realized it when their own service guys asked me what happened to the additional foot mat... then I told them that I wasnt given any additional foot mat... they did not believe me (obviously!).

Think twice before buying from this dealer.

I have purchased the above mentioned vehicle from your authorized showroom from A.P.P motors (puducherry). The authorized service engineers at showroom checked this vehicle & then the documents were handedover to me on 08.09.2009...
On bringing the vehicle to home i found some starting trouble in tat..but still i managed to be with that for thirty days...then i gave it for first service...the service engineers informed us tat it would be some problem for few days n it will be rectified in within the next service, ...but still i found have some problem with our vehicle..so i gave it for second service...
after one day when i went to get back my vehicle...the service engineers informed me vehicle got some serious problem...when i went and saw inside the service room..i found no engine in my vechile...
When i asked about my vechile to the service man...there was no any truthful response from them...
they didnt allow me to meet the manager also...no response from ur dealer(APP motors, puducherry)..
My whole business spoiled due to this... my business depends on my vehicle only...
so much lose in my business because o[censored]r dealer's irresponsible reply... i don't know how i'm going to rectify it...i requested u to replace my vechile with new one...or to refund my money back...
This is a serious lapse the part of the service center & Engineers at PUDUCHERRY, & it must have caused serious damages in the new brand vehicle

As such you are requested to replace this vehicle with another new vehicle at the earliest possible.

Bought GS150R in Mar 09, Bill 1117, dt 25.3.09, Dlr Cd 299102, Simran’s Suzuki. The 2nd service was done from Malad Suzuki.
Service Staff; Mr Vishal Patil, Mr Narendra & Mr Murti were shocked by the extent of rusting of my 4 month old Suzuki. They said the petrol tank was known to be defective & will be replaced. About the other rusted parts I am emailing u for replacement.
I bought a Suzuki bike as it has an unblemished & enviable track record & I wanted the best bike. Now I am landed with a bike I can’t ride around. What explanation should I give to my friends about the bike’s rusty parts? If I tell the parts are sub-standard, mine & your Reputation will be damaged. Kindly replace the rusted parts of the bike or take the bike back & refund me my money, I will buy a better bike.
From July when the service staff said they will replace the tank in a weeks time, I am still waiting, and have reminded them about a dozen times. Every time I get the same reply 'Sir, we have placed the order, will call you in a few days.' Till date even the Tank not replaced in spite of so many calls.

Respected Sir / Maam.

My name is Arif Khairaj and i bought a Suzuki GS 150 Black colour on may/22/2009
I am a resident of mumbai, I paid cash for the bike ...within 1 month the balancer
of the bike fell down And I was not able to find it, and after the 1st servicing
the bikes engine started smelling. when i went for the second servicing the next day
the servicing dept said the clutch plate has burnt and i had to pay them 1800 INR
then immediate after that 5 days after the bike again gave problems again clutch plate
was burnt, pick up went down, average was 25 KPhr . they kept my bike for 8 days and
after 8 days when i called them they said it will take a week more then i called Mr Deepak
cell #[protected] from suzuki and i got the bike the next day, but i am not satisfied with
the performance of the bike and the fact that its engine was opened in 4 months
i also have a Suzuki Zues125 for the past 3 years and never has such problem with it
so now i either want my Money back or want a New bike ... i do not wish to report this
to the Newspaper becaus i love Suzuki Bikes and i do not want people to think negative about
the bike, i know it will not impact much even if i give it but at least out of 100 pple 5 pple will
think of other bikes than Suzuki... and i did not Expect this from SUZUKI as it has been
my favourite Company for Bikes and yes i waited for 5 months for this bike to be Launched and
the showroom People know this... they all know me very well ... so i am expecting
