I have posted several feedback related to delay in delivery for Suzuki Access 125 but never received any response. Are Suzuki management are dumb or chosen not to response. This is a unprofessional on part of Suzuki.

Further the On Road price mentioned on Suzuki website is not the same what dealer asks for On Road Price. Dealer's price is much higher than price on Website. Can Suzuki management confirm this.

I would apreciate if MD/GM of Suzuki take a note of this.

suzuki / access — About late delivery after given promise of 4 month

Dear sir

i have booked my white coloured access on[protected] in patel suzuki showroom situated at 150ft road, rajkot at that time they promises to me about delivery after 4 month but today[protected]above 5 month they are not giving my access and also the faculties over there are giving rude answers to us , and still says to giving delivery after a month. this is the problem of so many people around me not only of me about white access .when ever we call them or visits showroom for asking about delivery they extends time period of delivery.

if we give money to them above company stated price (in on price) then they ready to give up so please kindly takes your steps towards them without any further loss of time. i have every hope that you will take a prompt action.

I have purchased Suzuki Access from I bays Motorcycles pvt ltd Somajiguda Branch. Basically I am Suzuki lover. With a great confidence on Suzuki Company & Suzuki servicing center I have purchased Vehicle. Form the day one I am facing problems. When I went to show room they said it will be done the Service. When I have given vehicle for service they have rectified the problem. It worked well for two days. After two days again problem got started. Second time when we have gone to show room for showing the issue, new issue got cropped up. Finally I bays Motorcycles pvt ltd Somajiguda Branch technicians asked us to get the vehicle and keep the vehicle at service station for three days. Totally I am not able to understand whether I should continue with Suzuki Access or should I sell it and go for another brand. Reason for the same is when I planned purchase Access my friends who are already using given very bad feedback regarding service, still with a great confidence on Suzuki company I had gone with Suzuki Access. As I am an employee if I sell it now needs to bear loss which I am not in a position. Please advise what is to be done.



Problems that are faced with I bays Motorcycles pvt ltd Somajiguda Branch:



1. Recently on Aug 30th I gave for servicing in somajiguda branch they kept for 7days, on 7th day they send the message to my mobile as “you bike is serviced please come & pick your vehicle”. On 8th day I went to servicing center for picking the vehicle really I was shocked they kept aside they not even touched my vehicle, they I asked what happened to my vehicle, they said sorry madam your vehicle general servicing got completed but water servicing is not yet completed. In front of me they started cleaning my vehicle, I waited 2hours then they given the vehicle with charge 320Rs, but not even one problem got resolved.



· Problem 1: Sound is coming from the vehicle every time when the escalator is rising.

· Problem 2: Gear is strucking when the escalator is raised. This problem has come after servicing the vehicle.

· Breaks are not fine.

· Mileage is not there.

· Pickup is not fine.



2. After taken the vehicle I called to Mr.Hemanth (Manager of Somajiguda Branch). I told iam still facing the same problem with the vehicle. Again I given to servicing center, they kept for 2days but still iam facing the same problems. Earlier It was normal but now they got increased.



3. I don’t know I can’t face the problem again & again. This is the last time iam sending the mail. If you won’t take any action on this means I will put a case in Consumer court.

Please do the needful on urgent basis.

ROTO AUTOS PVT LIMITED — NON-DELIVERY OF SCOOTER

I go booked one Access (suzuki) scooter with M/S Roto Autos Pvt. Limited
jalandhar (punjab) by paying a sum of Rs. 500/- as booking money on
17/08/2011. Later on 05/09/2011 as advised by the dealer's staff I paid
Rs. 44925/- by cheque and got an assurance from them that scooter
will be delivered within a week. But I regret to point out that till date
I got not response from the dealers inspite of making them numerous
phone calls. Even I talked to Manager of the agency but all proved
futile. You are requested to intervene and solve the problem.

i book access before 4 months they told me that they will give me access in 4 months but still there is 4 and half month happen but no any reply from the dealer, and when i go for booking they already talk with me very roughly, i think your company has no need of customer, i already mail before 3 times but there is no any reply from your company.

Myself this is Jigensh Makwana from Rajkot (Gujarat).
I know about the name of TVS SUXUKI it’s one of the best company in Indian market.

I decided to purchase TVS ACCESS 125 CC for my sister.
I was booked TVS ACEESS 125 cc for my sister in the name of MS.PALLVI A MAKWANA on dt.18/07/11 having booking no.992 with an advance payment of Rs.5000.00 AT YOUR RAJKOT DEALER PATEL SUZUKI GONDAL ROAD RAJKOT.

He confirms delivery within 7-8 months for the date of booking .
But I want to require the vehicle on NAVRATRI FESTIVAL .

Their people give me new quotation on compulsory basis.
The compulsory charges details are given below.
TVS ACCESS 125 Rs.50900.00 inclusive of TAX, RTO, INSURANCE

+ ACCESSIORIES RS.3500.00 EXTRA
+ SERVICE FOR 2 YEARS RS.3000.00 EXTRA ( 1 YEAR COMPANY FREE SERVIECE + 2 YEAR COMPLUSORY SER. CHARGE PAID
+ COATING CARGE RS.500.00 EXTRA

The all extra compulsory charges some were around Rs.7500.00




The first booking quotation of Rs.50900.00 company quotation on company catalogue. (With RTO + INS.) On road.
And another second compulsory delivery quotation of Rs.57500.00

Actually I don’t know why! I am paying Rs.7500.00 extra compulsory (facilities) charges provide by PATL SUZUKI RAJKOT.
I don’t agree with new quotation. I want to require the TVS ACCESS 125 cc Rs.50900.00 only.( on road).

Please let me know what I am doing now!

I have purchased one suzuki ACCES 125 from sub-dealer, Baripada under dealer of BALASORE district [SHAHA AUTOMOBILES] in Orissa State on 29.11.2010 and availed all paid and free servicing on payment.Suddenly on 24.10.2011 faced an accident as the back wheel seased while running condition and myself with my dauter fell-down severely injured infront of reserved police barrack road.With the help of Police R.I. took the vehicle to sub-dealer, mechanic open the gear box and found the bearing of excel has broken in to small peaces and also found there is no mobil and chamber is clean dry though I was making payment for lubricant amouting to Rs.250 and above as required each servicing period.Total km. run 3743 and faced five servicing.I astonished how it is possible though each servicing done in between 300 K.M.running.It is observed that sub-deler is playing with lives due to which the company will be blamed.One thing more that for obtainining a gaskket of gear box from main dealer at Balasore which 60 K.M. away from Baripada[matter of one day], vehicle not possible to hand over to me after three days passed.All these also informed to Balasore dealer.
So I request to take step for cancellation of sub dealership/dealer ship in future who is playing with the lives of people and early step to be taken to delivered to me soon.

I have booked Access 125 on 3/9/2011 wide Booking No. 10507, thro' Ravi Suzuki ( Baroda - Gujarat ).
Delivery time is given me of 9 months. How long time ? Actually this vehicle is booked for my daughter & she is in the 1st year of college. She is facing transportation problem to go to college. Why delivery time is so long?

roto autos jalandhar — RC not received till date

Dear Sir/Madam,

I Have purchased an Access 125 from Roto Autos,Jalandhar which is an authorised dealer of Suzuki.I have purchased Access 125 from Roto Autos,Jalandhar onb 31st July,2011 and financed from Fulerton India,jalandhar.I have paid Roto Autos for the RC of Access on 31st July,2011 but till date i have not received RC of Access.I have visited Roto Autos showroom many times but they are unable to answer me that where is my RC.They have given me time to collect RC many time but every time they failed to give me RC.Its almost completed 4 months of purchase of product but till date my wheeler is not registered.They are not even listening the problem of others.I am facing problems while driving the same vehicle because it is not registered till date.

You are requested to please do the needful at earlest.

access 125 — misbehave and stolen spare parts

i went to suzuki service station and ask them to service and they misbehaved me as i was standing near them as they have to stole my scooters spare parts and when i complainted then the mechanics there damaged my access by various methods as i have faced the lose of RS175. i want my access to be serviced again or my money should be given back

I am very disappointed with Suzuki India, being a global player, i did not expect this from Suzuki, its been more than 3 month now, i have been waiting for RHS cowl for my access, and it is still not in stock, I don’t know how long I will have to wait, its very humiliating to go on a scooter with the broken cowl, people must be saying i am not bothered about the scooter, i feel ashamed to tell people that SUZUKI DOESN'T HAVE SPARES, I called suzuki service centre they told me that the order has been placed and they are not sure when the stock will be available.

once i went to Sodhi Automobiles sonipat on 18/11/2011, there supervisor told me that parts is available, so he made a job card for replacing the parts. after waiting 2 hours in waiting room, supervisor told me that sorry right hand side cowl is not available now you have to wait till 23/11/2011. if stock was not available then why he made job card & told me to wait 2 hours, is there any policy in suzuki to waste customer's worthy time? first wait for vehicle delivery then wait for spare parts, good policy of Suzuki.

It goes without saying that when Global player like Suzuki comes out with a product it should ensure that there is enough of spares available in the market.

I am so fed up now, i have stopped speaking good about the company and recommending to friends.

Hope my complaint will be taken seriously, and improve your customer service.

MY ACCESS SCOOTER HAD A PROBLEM IN JULY THIS YEAR WHERIN THE RUBBER BELT BROKE AND WITH IT I HAD TO CHANGE MANY OTHER PARTS AND AFTER THAT THERE IS SOME NOISE COMING FROM THE REAR SIDE SOMTHING LIKE SOME PART RUBBING AGAINST ONE ANOTHER AND INSPITE OF MY SEVERAL VISITS TO THE SERVICE CENTRE AT SHIV AUTORIDERS CHINCHWAD, PUNE THE CONCERNED PERSON IS NOT ABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM AND ABOVE ALL HE DOES NOT AGREE THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM. I WOULD REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY HELP ME SOLVE THE PROBLEM AT THE EARLIEST.
