I have posted several feedback related to delay in delivery for Suzuki Access 125 but never received any response. Are Suzuki management are dumb or chosen not to response. This is a unprofessional on part of Suzuki.

Further the On Road price mentioned on Suzuki website is not the same what dealer asks for On Road Price. Dealer's price is much higher than price on Website. Can Suzuki management confirm this.

I would apreciate if MD/GM of Suzuki take a note of this.

i need to give my suzuki access for its first service and ther is no service station available near by.i stay in thekkady (idukki dist)kerala state.so please can u provide information regarding a service stration near by
i have purchased a suzuki access from kamayani mototrs from faridkot punjab as there comitment he have not full fill their commitments my aceess regd no. temp pb.04j.6348 chassi no.hb8c f4 caj98262700.the name of kamal kumar kotkakapura distance from faridkot 12 km they comitment to us they will give the service to us our home station but we surprizing see that they have misbehave to us with including with there staff so you are requsted to that appear this comlaint as per you big brand name. other we will be proceed in consumer court.

Dear Sir,

It is a matter of great concern that the services of your dealers at Panipat ( Panipat Motors) are not upto the mark.

I have purchased Access 125 vide Bill No. 1084 dated 29.03.10 & also obtained Insurance cover vide cover note no.161528.

After passing 4 months time neither I received the policy nor received any feed back from the dealer.

When contacted the concerned dealer no satisfactory response given by the dealer & only told that they are searching the policy.

I failed to understand that policy should be reached directly from the underwriters to the concerned customers when the address is available with the dealer.

Under the above circumstances, pl. take appropriate action in the matter & arrange necessary feed back.

In addition to the above, may pl confirm that at every service, engine oil is required to be changed for Access 125.

Prompt response is desired pl.

As i am using suzuki access125 from last 3months n now my rear drum is totally damaged the bike is not even in a conditioned to run it is been standing from last 5days n i m getting very frustrated from ur service centres n ur dealers. So kindly look against dis complaint n reply me soon u may contact on [protected]

This is MONIS ANSARI here as I am using SUZUKI ACCESS125 from last 3MONTHS & now its ORIGINAL REAR DRUM is totally damaged it is not even in a conditioned to run from last 5days I am getting very frustrated fron YOUR service centres & your dealers. i have booked Suzuki Access 125 cc from the AEROLEX MOTORS (P) LTD, . K.H Road Bangalore
i had booked on 23-06-10 and they told me that it would take one month to deliver the vehicle... even though
its 36 days passed no body from the show room contacted me... When i tried to contact them through phone they were very rudely speaking... They were speaking as though we r taking the vehicle free of cost... I never expected such a behaviour from the marketing people... Hence i never recommend any one for the above mentioned vehicle or the branch...

I had book a suziki access at Planet suzuki maninagar area ahmedabad and my booking number is 2513 on dated-12/7/2010 name Rekhaben maheshbhai sahu.at booking time deler had told vehicle will be deliver with 3 month not a single day before three month.After 1 month while I am asking the status at time deler is telling me if you want delivery within 3 month you have to pay full payment or purchase it in instolment this is not good deler has to inform me at the time of booking. and also I want to inform you this Access 125 is avalible instant if you pay extra -Rs-3000/- through broker how it is possible that means there is no value of deler . Deler is also not showing the delivery status.Please cheak how broker geting vehicle urgently it may be deler is connected to broker. i have booked Access 125 on 14 july 2010 to Buthwar Motors Rohtak, But now the dealer is post ponding delivery date for 60 days after. I want to register complaint aganst dealer, because he is not giving delivery after booking. On booking slip it is mentioned that delivery will be made with in 30 days. Now i am planing that i should cancel the booking and purchase another vehicle like Honda Activa or Plasear. Let Suzuki do some other business like sale of pee nuts because unable to supply according to customer requirement

I have booked Suzuki Access 125 scooter for my son on 26/7/2010. I paid full amount of the vehicle Rs. 51299/-. At that time it was assured by the dealer (Kothrud, Pune) One Mr. Sachine in your Suzuki Centre that I will get the scotter in One months time. However, when I contacted him on 26/8/2010 they expressed their inability to give me the scotter and asked me to wait for one more month. This is not expected from a company of your reputation. Indirectly you are fooling people/ customer and using their hard earned money for a long time. This is nothing but a cheating and totally against the principals of sales & marketing. Once commitment is given it should be fulfilled or you should not commit. This is totally a shameful attitude on your part for SUZUKI Company as a whole. Please reply on my mail ([protected]@iict.res.in) other wise I will be left with no other option than to give this new to local news papers so that people will understand your approach towards customers.

They CHEAT you on delivery schedules.
They CHEAT you on RTO schedules.

when you complain repeatedly at suzuki motorcycles india website, it does not accept complaints.

This SHIVA SUZUKI assured us that they will give us access in 25 days.
They took 3 months.
They assured us that RTO formalities take 4 days.
They took 22 days & I am counting.

As I have already paid my hard earned money, I am a fool.

NEVER GO TO SHIV SUZUKI if you want to keep your blood pressure normal.

MOST USELESS AUTO DEALER I HAVE COME ACROSS IN LAST 30 YEARS. ( I HAVE BOUGHT 8 VEHICLES IN MY LIFE, SO FAR )

what is the use of buying a vehical which dos't have good servicing center i had to wait for all most one week for sample problem before servicing my bike is to give 41-45 millage no i am getting 30-35 what hell is this .they gust dont care they the worst people i ever meet in my life what the hell the company is doing . do any one have the custmer care number pleae post it

Your showroom dealers o[censored]lhasnagar Suzuki Motorcycle branch does not provides service properly and they didn't give service enginneer's no. also so we have complaints aout that.

We people trust the only brandname of suzuki and its services, I have taken Suzuki Heat i came to know that vehicle production is stopped. We people trust suzuki to get almost all spareparts to be available.As iam a service related person(working in Spareparts of Maruti Suzuki) i couldnot tolerate the service i have got from the service centre i gave for servicing the vehicle on may end and my speedometer cover was broken in accident and i came to change but there was no stock and they told me that they will order and call me. I was enquiring about it but there was no stock.After three months on sep 8 i gave for service and at evening they called me and said that there is no stock of cover i told them that without cover i will not take the vehicle. On the next day they arranged the cover and fixed to me but the problem they said me that Speedometer assy is complaint and have to change it. Is this my problem the cover i have ordered didnt come and the rain water entered through the cover and damaged.After service the vehicle is not get washed. When ignition key is on my speedometer cover light was glowing instead of Nuetre switch and viceversa. I gave my vehicle to the local Dealer and they corrected and now speedometer is working.
I am having problem in with mileage...my access125 gives only 30-35kmpl mileage in city...some one plz help

Dear Sir,

I have a booked a Suzuki Acess from dealer in Chandrapur. He promise me to deliver it within two months. But it takes more than three months and after delivering we are waitng for license plate no and all other papers. Its like we have scooter but we cannot use it untill we get all our papers. Meanwhile when I was calling dealer mostly he is not answering his phone and when I said I will complain he said I have never given you in written that I will deliver it within two months. He is not behaving in a good manner.
I don,t know what should I do now. How can I get justice or atleast some compensation for not getting delivery on time. Please look into the matter. Awaiting your reply.
