I have posted several feedback related to delay in delivery for Suzuki Access 125 but never received any response. Are Suzuki management are dumb or chosen not to response. This is a unprofessional on part of Suzuki.

Further the On Road price mentioned on Suzuki website is not the same what dealer asks for On Road Price. Dealer's price is much higher than price on Website. Can Suzuki management confirm this.

I would apreciate if MD/GM of Suzuki take a note of this.

I Have Booked Suzuki Access on 05.09.2010 at Hariom Suzuku, Hari Automobiles Pvt.Ltd at Aurangabad maharashtra. (Booking recept no 4270. Mandakini Tukaram Patil) Dealer's seles person Mr. Rathod committed me that I will get the Scooter on Dashahara,
accordingly we have plan the funds, when we went to take delivery, on 16.10.2010, dealer aked me to wait up to this month end, When i went again on Dashahara day 17.10.2010 to request him, he told me your schooter will get on Diwali, Kindly look in to matter, Dealer is not sticking to commitment.
Also inform me, when exactly I will get the scooter.

I had booked access on 20th July by paying 5000 cash and balance payment made by cash to dealer in showroom. after 3 months they are now saying you will have to again wait for delivery where the commitment was given that it will be deliverd with in 3 months.Why so poor management as well response from the such a good companys people why?

I am working professional. I have booked Suzuki Access 125cc before 1.5 month.
Still I have not received scooter as I have paid in advance Rs.40000 for booking on 27.09.10.
Dealer name- Dreams motors Pvt. Ltd, JAMNAGAR (Gujarat).
They have given me delivery date 28.12.10. Receipt-1488.
This is too much late.
So now I don’t understand what to do I am totally helpless.
I have not any vehicle.
I have taken personal lone for this payment.
I could not prefer any other rather than Suzuki because I have great belief in your service and quality so please made available my Black color Access 125cc as soon as possible.
And take corrective action as it is mandatory.
Hope you will understand our need and in future no need to keep such an approach revert positively.

I have purchased suzuki access 125 from Icon motors pvt Ltd. ashram road, Ahmedabad . my name is meena janak dalal. my two wheelar regularly serviced by the same. suzuki acess 125 is never opened outside.up to two year it run ok. from last 15 days suddenly some noise arised i went to the dealer. they told me that you engeen is gone and aproximately 8000/- rs will be charged for repairing. sir if every time vehicle is serviced their its their duty to check the oil . due to shortage of oil engeen dameged is ot my fault. why shouldi suffer . sir i request you to give the replacement for engeene or do needfull .
It pinches me well & I feel that I have purchased a vehicle from a irresponsible comapny who is not interested to resove the genuine complaint of their customer.

My Name is vijay, i purchased access 125 bike in bangalore, millers road june month.
i completed 1st free service according to kms and days.
when i went for second service they are not agreeing with kms by saying we will do according to company rules., , , , , blablabla
not only this the service at showrooms and customer satisfaction is also worse.
customer has to go to the engineer section with the vehicle.where no where i see this in other companies.
like herohonda and ...the engineer will walk to the customer at friend end and took complaints ...etc

and take the vehicle.

like this if i write many will be coming.

i have an access 125 as off no working well but the problem am facing of bad service no customer affection is there last 2 month i went four time of the service station but no proper response is given the problem faced by me 1) Tyre rim are rusted my bike is 9 month old 2) the side guard provided by the dealer is also rusted.
the engineer over there say he has done some warranty procedure but till now no feedback is given i want some on to look into this matter and give me a apporiate answer

i purchaced one new suzuki access125 on 30.09.10 . from karaikudi shree karpagamoorthy agencies.
on that day itself the battery was not fitted in the vehicle.
after that a battery was fitted after 6 days,
that battery also not good and after 2 days the battery was removed by the company and they made charge and refitted to my vehicle but not use so again the battery was removed . now there is no battery in my vehicle so iam kick starting the vehicle even now.
so what are you going to do for my inconvenience .

I had bought access 125 in nov 2009, and from last 4 months my vehicle battery is creating problem and our local customer service centre GURUNAMAN MOTORS, UDAIPUR refused to change the battery in the guarantee period and now whenever i go for replacement or rectification, the employee their ignore our complain.
Sir SUZUKI itself holds a big name and this thing is creating a little confusion in my mind and i guess affecting your reputatuion and goodwill too.
I hope you will help me out.

I R.Thangamuthu booked a suzuki access scooter in 16.11.2010.PEAK AUTOMOBILES(Tamil Nadu, Erode)
He assured to deliver bike within two months(16.01.2011).But it already gone another 10 days. Now they said wait for another one month and the response is also not so proper.Please help for the situation

Since the product has lot of demand, company is least bothered to look at customer complaints and feedback. Company is interested in making money only by squeezing the customers. Quality Service is no where available. I always thought Suzuki is an exception, however, they are showing their leadership in providing worst service in this area also. I am also one of the victims and I wrote a complaint on their website. The funniest part is they are not even sending a confirmation that my complaint is received and designed the website in such a way that you can't get an email address of atleast one person from the company. I informed the dealer that I would write to the company, still no change in their attitude and they were least bothered and they started defending themselves. Ridiculously, all spare parts will be available only after 15 days. God change the mind of these dumb people...
I have recently purchased access 125 on[protected] from Gayatri Motors at Dilshad Colony Delhi -110095 . From the day one it is giving trouble for starting and getting stopped frequently. It was taken for first servicing during last month. It can not be started by kik if the same satarts also, bike will
eventually stop.

While riding when it stopped at red light it immediately gets stopped. SErvice centre has not done any thing he gives excuses for having more vehicles received every day.

It is not understood why the service centre awarded for nor proving sufficient infrastructure for basic needs and necessity for your valuable customer. Even one day I took leave for going to service centre, he ( Mr Khanna) told that it can not be repaired as all technicians are busy. Wold you explain in simple manner and if vehicle can no be started by a kik and stopped any time during running, can't we approach service centre for immediate rectification. Whether I have to wait for next day or go to the workshop at sharp 09.30 which is at distance of 7-8 km from my residence.

As on date the problem is persisting and it appears same cn not be rectified by Gayatri Serive centre. Is such answer is taught by you to reply' Come tommorow by 09.30 beacuse of shortage of manpower and related infrastructure,

Kindly look into the gnuine problem ang provide [censored]ion as no bodu will wailt for tomorrow if new vehicle can not be started.

My question is, it is required to see the number of kms traveled by the bike or number of days after the delivery point because if the bike when is not used continuously it doesn't require the servicing.As it happened to me done by the number of days calculation.??
As i went to IBAY somaji guda, hyderabad service center but i am not getting the proper response from last three month for a single Spare (clutch housing).
i am unable to find suzuki(access 125) service center in hassan (karnataka) could you help me

i purchased the scooter in NOV 2010 and servicing the vehicle regularly. from second month onwards the mileage has dropped to less than 30 kmpl. the engine has developed a peculiar sound. I apprehend some thing wrong in the engine and inspite of approaching your dealer OSL SUZUKI , the defect is not looked into. please impart immediate instruction to your dealer to attend to the defect.

Suzuki Access 125 — engine tuning disturbance

My vehicle gave 62kmpl wen it was taken out from the show room. After first service onwards it is giving only 35kmpl and in second service i made mileage complaint, Now they had disturbed clutch settings too vehicle is not going smooth consuming rich amount of fuel and pickup is also very low. Even though satisfied with the product totally unsatisfied with the services done by u r service peoples.
