This is to inform you that I have a maruti swift car no. DL2CAK 3937. Last year we bought a scheme from one of your authorized dealer (SAYA AUTOMOBILE 68/3 Jagannath Market Ashram Chowk). Under that scheme we have got some coupons which we can use for maintenance of our car.
But it is very disheartening that this dealer has refused to take our coupons. He has misbehaved with my brother when he went to get our car serviced .He has used abusive language also just denied to service our car. It is very frustrating that they have put a condition of taking the coupon only when we will get work of around 10,000 to 15,000. Last time also when I got my car serviced they have made some problem in my sound system and CNG kit. Due to which i have to face lot of problem when I complained about that , they have told us not to take our car over there.
We are very old customer of Maruti and have a great faith in your company. Hoping you will definitely take some action otherwise I have to think about some other option.
