after 2nd service date 08.12.2010 km 5416 my swift dzire e. no. 1455608 & ch no. 289929 vdi have many mejor problems
1. take black smoke
2. low engine oil quntatity eprox 1000ml.
3. km reading is 7761.00 km only
4. knoking sound from engine side
5. low pickup.
i request to you please solved my these problems imideatly.

dzire/vdi — improper service
we have purchased the said vehical from automotive servises latur(maharashtra) branch.the remote controll for tape is not provided.
ther is no proper service to the customer ;when i was asking for drinking cold water;
i had been told that i have to pay the amount for cold water. ultimately i had paid for cold water.
this is rediculas.
i feel this reprasents the service of the showroom.which ultimately represents the service quality of maruti.
