Swift Vdi — price hike

I have booked a swift VDi in mid december 2007 by paying the advance amount of 1 lac, I knew that the price will increase from january 2008, Now the delear is saying that I will have to pay the new increased amount. is that right or the dealear acting smart!!!!

Swift Vdi — TOO SERIOUS

AREA OF COMPLAINT IS REGARDING THE PURCHASE OF NEW VEHICLE. Sir, I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW SWIFT VDI CAR FROM YOUR INDUS SHOWROOM ,KANNUR,KERALA ON 28 TH FEBRUARY 2008,WHILE PURCHASING THE VEHICLE I ASKED EVERY MARUTHI SHOWROOM PEOPLE AS TO WETHER THERE WILL BE ANY FLUCTUATION IN THE PRICE IN THE COMING BUGET SCENARIO, BUT I GOT THE MAJORITY REPLY AS 'NO'. BUT THE VERY NEXT DAY THE BUGET PROPOSED A SLASH OF Rs.18,000 ON SWIFT VDI.THIS SHOCKED NOT ONLY ME BUT ALSO MY ENTIRE FAMILY AND FRIENDS. I AM WORKING IN ONE OF THE BIGGEST PUBLIC SECTOR ORGANISATION LIKE LIC AND AT THE TIME OF PUCHASE OF THE VEHICLE I WAS NOT PROVIDED THE CORPORATE DISCOUNT.
SIR, I BECAME YOUR CUSTOMER 4 YEARS BACK AT THAT TIME I WAS HOLDING MARUTHI 800,NOW I EXCHANGED MY VEHICLE WITH SWIFT VDI ON TRUE VALUE BASIS. WHEN I WENT FOR AN OPTION TO EXCHANGE MY VEHICLE,MOST OF MY COLLEGUE OFFICERS IN MY COMPANY SUGGESTED ME TO GO FOR GERMAN MOTOR VEHICLE UVA, AS GERMAN MOTORS GAVE THE BENEFIT OF DOUBT OF BUDGET TO THE CUSTOMER BY ASSURING THE CUSTOMER THAT IN CASE IF THERE IS ANY FLUCTUATION IN PRICE DUE TO BUDGET THE REDUCED PRICE WILL BE OFFERED. NOW I THINK I WAS WRONG BY PURCHASING SWIFT VDI AND FOUR OF MY COLLEGUE OFFICER WHO PURCHASED UVA DURING THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY WERE RIGHT. I AM DEJECTED. THIS COMPLAINT MAY BE FUNNY , BUT I SAW MORE THAN 50 CUSTOMERS WHO TOOK SWIFT VDI 2 DAYS BEFORE. SO A DISTRICT LIKE KANNUR ITSELF HAS 50 DEJECTED CUSTOMERS.....SO PLEASE CONSIDER THE PLIGHT OF THE CUSTOMERS AND TAKE IMMEDIATE STEPS IF YOU HAVE CONSIDERATION TOWARDS YOUR MARUTHI CUSTOMERS.

Swift Vdi — bad service and irrespectful dealing

sir/madam,
i had purchased a swift vdi(kl-39-b- 483) from your dealer indus motors pvt limited, thevara branch, ernakulam, kerala.upto delivery of the vehicle it was an excellent service from the sales executives. but when it come to the 1st service on last 5th may it was a real unfortunate experience for me. my car was taken from my home on 5thmay09 with the km reading of 542 and returned back to me on 8th may night with km reading of 572.it is really shocking to me that my car has not undergone even a water service, my right front tyre(wiith alloys) was changed with my on step in tyre telling a reason that it is usual process of tyre rotation. when i went into deep with the mechanincs they changed the reason that it got punctured. my search for time and occation when it got punctured none of the mechanics or service managers were not aware regarding the same. i really wonder how my vehicle had driven for around 30 kms, since indus motors thevara is just 6 or 7kms away from my home.and more over on delivery time the tyre which got punctured was just placed in my dicky without any repair, on 9th may morning ie today which iam sending this mail i again went to indus motors, thevara for changing my tyre and getting it water serviced, till upto 5pm when my brother reaching the centre, none of them even had done any service to my vehicle my brother went along with the service centre mechanic out side to a private petrol pump to get the punctured tyre repaired. can i expect this from a maruthi service centre?SIR, I JUST WANT YOU PEOPLE TO HAVE A CHECK ON THE SAME WITH THE DEALER AND CLARIFY MY PROBLEMS, AM REALLY DOUBTFUL REGARDING THE FRONT TYRE WHETHER IT HAD GOT DUPLICATED OR NOT. SINCE IT GOT PUNCTURED IN THE HANDS OF DEALER MECHANICS, I REALLY WANT MY CAR TO HAVE REPLACED WITH A NEW TYRE, SINCE IT IS MARUTHI SUZUKI, WHICH IS WELL KNOWN FOR ITS SERVICE AND SUCCES I EXPECT AN ACTION WITH IN NEXT 48 HOURS WHICH WILL NOT TAKE ME TO ANY CONSUMER COURTS. HOPING YOUR IMMEDIATE ACTION.

Swift Vdi — delay in documentation

dear sir, i had purchased a used car from chowgules, kharaswada, mapusa, goa on 23.03.09. till date i had not recieved the docs of the same. the representatives of the company promises to give the docs every next day i call. kindly take necesary action agaist the same so that i get my docs at the earliest. my vehical no. is GA 03 C 6263.

Swift Vdi — long waiting time for my swift vdi

Sir,
I have booked a swidt vdi( sunlight copper colour) on 26 October, 2009 at popular motors, kollam, kerala.Reaching almost 2 months....But no information about the allotment date of the car...This waiting period is so long.Can you say the approximate date when i can take the delivery of the car.

Hey, even I faced same problem. I had booked my car in Sep end at Mandovi motors and still waiting for the car. As per last info, they would deliver next week. However, waiting period is too long for just a car although competitors of maruti delivers within 20 days of booking..

Swift Vdi — Poor service in delivery

Dear Sir,

This is jaiganesh working Nissan motors Chennai.

Although iam in Nissan i would like to take swift VDI admiring its performance, for which i had booked (1 month ago)it on ABT guindy paying my booking amount.

Moreover i insisted the dealer to take some upfront money so that i can get vehicle with in the time period.

With regular follow up with the dealer network iam getting irresponsible answers from them saying still under delivery.

At last after my one month stuggle in follow up i got an answering saying that to pay money (4.5 L) today before 5:30 pm so that i can get the delivery after one month.

This is complete mystry to anyone to pay such amount in short time , i really fed up with service provide by maruti.

In my person opion i ranked maruti as no 1 in customer service and satsifcation.

would please lookinto this and get me the positive feedback on the same.
