HI,

My name is Mayur Vyas. I started a small IT/ITES company View Logic Solutions.
I met with a consultant from Hydrabad and he had a project of data entry HTML Tagging. I has taken upfront as 149000/- INR I met with the Client and I started the process.
I worked for 2 month and from the day one I faced a lot of problem of Data not comming on time, Delay in resolution of technical queries, wrong accuracy report from client side and never received a single rupee from the client.
I realied while working that I have been given data which is recycled to me and to other centers in Hyderabad.
When We make the complaint and showed dis-interest in continue the process.
I said that it is a 200% fraud and I don't want to do this process and want my money back.
He gave me 79000/- INR return but now he is keep on delaying and telling me that he don't have any monye.
This matter is going from past 1 month and I don't know what to do.
I gave all money to consultant i.e. 149000/- Consultant gave me only 79000/- rest he said that taken by the local client and he is not in position to return , when I talked to that local client he is keep on saying that he will give me but delaying all the matter from past one month.

I have all the legal docuement which says that I have given 149000/- to consultant.
Please suggest what to do.

I came to Know that Employees are the investment in your company...out of curiosity i want to know how much your investing on each of your employees. (Plz don't tell that I am Providing Internet Facility)

*CAN ANYBODY HELP US?

This is Rajesh one of friend worked in this company and they harrasshed alot. Before joing in to the company they are collected all original certificates and informed him you have 15 months committment with company after completion of your contract period we will return your certificates to you. 10 hrs is daily working hours and sundays also he was worked. Alternative sumdays only they given holidays. After completion of his contract period they are not return his certificates and telling stories to him like you are not completed your committment and they kept his certificates with them.

They are not authorised dealers of any laptops they brought the goods from CTC, Hyderabd and selling those goods to innocent customers with high margins.

CEO of the company also very selfish and Eagle Minded. If any one ask the certificates he made a documents and asking the employees to repay the amount.

Anji recently passedout from Swarnandra College 2010 he joined in this company. rules and procedures are very nasty so he decided to quit but they charged Rs 10, 000 to him. He worked only 20 days. do you know friends what the ceo of this company said we invested lot on your training so you have to repay.

Arpita ex employee of syberplace paid Rs 9000 to vcollect her certificates.

company trying to defend themself's to blame on employees. They did not perform well thats why they went out. Wrost and fraud company

Syberplace did not invest single rupee on employees but they hipe themselfs we are invested. They are providing internet facility only and giving promotions in to facebook.

Psycho Mentality of this company ceoconducting business development meetings and keep the womens and mens also up to night 12.00 am.

Donot buy products from this company and beware of job trap from syberplace.

This is Worest Company I dont want to reveal my name.But Please dont join in these type of companies.Recently the selfish CEO tries to get Rs.40, 000 from Phani.He did the job very nice.And he worked 13 hrs per a day.Even though he collected 40000 from him..Its too worst..Dont Buy the company products.Return the money to loosers..What should we do.

This company recruites employees from Eng colleges and by introducing fraud bonds and collecting money from poor students by taking original certificates.The company working hrs are 10 hrs including Sundays.
I sugested freshers not to join in these type companies who asking originals.This Company cheats many students namely Sowmya, Sirisha, Bindu, Ramanjum, Arun, Anji, Phani, Prem, Arpitha, Madhuri...
I want to catch the company by Police and refund all employees their money and stictly punished by GOVERNMENT..
