I would like take this opportunity to share my experience with SYConE CPMC Pvt Ltd.
1 Years I have worked for this company………
Managing Director of this Company Mr. Yashavanth & Director of this Company Ms. Susheema Yashavanth both of these 2 people, the way of treat & speak to employees was horrible.
For example no one will not work more then 12 months in this company because of worst Management.
They won’t pay salary & conveyances properly. They earned crores of rupees & never shared profit with employees.
Important – More then 8 female left the organization because sexual harassment from Managing Director – Mr. Yashavanth.
Still he will enjoy him self while tour of – clients meetings in Hyderabad, Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai & other places. He knows lot of agents who involves this business in hotels (anyhow that is his personal let him enjoy, but still he is not able to think about his employees
They are working in sites, without food, out of family etc…)
Here I wonder he has got good stamina & power.
He has got 2 daughters.
Ms. Susheema is a director being I Human especial women she doesn’t have sense.
She has lot of ego bcs crores of money she has.
These 2 people husband & wife are too intelligent & look always there happiness, Profit…. Big idiots….
Kindly survey of all employees & get the information, no one will talk for this Organization.
6 days working in a week that is 9 am to 6 pm – 9 hours, 30 minutes lunch which is illegal - 54 Hours in week – Labour law says different.
Here I request to all employees & employer (Clients) Please don’t entertain this kind of Organization there is no use & help to any one, no social responsibilities…. There is no set of goals…

I totally disagree with the statements given by the person complaining. I have been in this company for the past 1 1/2 years and am very happy with the management. To poke into anybody's personal life or make statements like this is pathetic. I have learnt a lot here and would like to give many more years of service here. To all clients of SYConE, to the systems currently implemented here there is no match even from half a dozen MNC's doing PMC. This is my personal experience from my six years of association in the industry. Before even believing this please judge a company by the service it has done and not on any one single person's allegation.
In any company there are sucessess and lossess but this is team work and not any single man show. I am currently employee of SYConE and I am proud to say that. My client is willing to give all of his upcoming projects to SYConE. This says something about company.
Please do not ever encourage such kind of abuses and remove the post. I strongly condemn statements made on family members.
Such indecent and bogus complaints are made by those who have done more harm than good to the company. I am also working in this company for past three years. I have seen no other company which gives so much freedom and encouragement to the PEOPLE WHO ARE HARD WORKERS AND ADDING VALUE TO THE COMPANY. This company being a PMC company survives basically on the Skills, Knowledge and Integrity of the each working individual. It is quiet natural that company do terminate many employees who are underperformers. We can see many guys who join PMC company thinking that this is a white color job. Such lazy people feel bad when they are asked for deliverables in return to their salaries. I am sure, this guy is also one of them.
Instead of throwing personal attacks like this, if the person should can explain what he has contributed to the company for the one year he has worked, other than undeservingly begging for his salary, and what way company have harmed him, then we can at least try reading his comments.
Such indecent way of personal attacks on people is highly disgusting and should not be published by reputed websites.
I am one of the employee who worked with SYConE for two years. The company is run by husband and wife and they are the sole policy makers which is to be agreed by all. As far as sexual relationship with the employees is concerned it is true that the MD of the company has got a art of getting them to his terms. It is true that he has enjoyed a lot with female employees Ex. one from HR who was there for long period, one who is still working as project manager, one who worked in Hyderabad and settled in abroad. Still he has got a relationship with her and it was talk of the town in Hyderabad during his krishnaavatara. He visited to that country recently to see her. Recently he ventured one sweet sixteen and enjoyed her in Chennai. All these issues are his personnel and it is no where concerned with the clients. But another face which is very harmfull to clients is the kickbacks which he get from the agencies especially from MEP and civil contractors. If the agency is recommended by SYConE then there will be a kickback which cannot be noticed by anyone. If MD is involved in finalisation of vendors recommended by SYConE and if he visits the site frequently then it is to be assumed that he has a kickback from that project.
I agree the same I was also worked in the same company and I felt sorry to say all thease, thouse who have written in favour all in the same and they want to gain the favour from the MD. No appriciation No greetings, and no increaments for talented persons. the grouth of

I have purchaged some sweets from Krishna Sweets Surat.
After reaching at home at the time of dinner i had take the sweets but at that time it got spoiled. At that time it was about 3 hours to purchage these sweets.
I called up to the the Sweet owner but he said that u have to consumed it within three hours inspite i have put these sweets in Refrigarator.
Usually the time for consuming these sweets is 12 to 24 hourse from purchaging.
In this matter i called at Consumer Forum Surat but no Officer is present there and one person told me to come on Monday 25.01.10.

True.Me too had a bad experience in this company, . He purposely make an Issue, blames person. He doesnt know how to take care of Employees. He treats every1 as his labours. Jzt peep into ask every1, no one s happy, except 1 or 2, all r ready to quit unless they get a better job. Recently he removed a person who worked for more than 2 years, without giving a prior notice..with making false abuses that too within a day. How can he spoil the career of a youth??
Really these top heads should understand that there s something called super power or God above them who s watching all these harrassements.
