I have purchased Symphony Diet Air cooler 4 years before. The product quality is best among all kind of coolers available in the market. But I am facing problems in getting spare parts as I am living in Jabalpur (M.P) where there is no availability of SERVICE CENTRE. I am in urgent need of some spare parts. Please facilitate me to get the following spare parts online.
1) Wheels- 2 sets (4+4)
2) Water cooling Mat (Back side) - 1
3) water pump.

have purchased Symphony Diet Air cooler.Within One and half year the wheels are coming out( Some part is broken.) I have booked a complaint online and there is no response. Finally I could locate an authorized service people and with great difficulty he could come to our residence. Ultimately he informed that the particular spare is not available. If the spare is not available, why do the company manufactures such a product? I advise that no body should purchase Symphony diet cooler.If any company representative help me out please.

I had purchased symphony sumo 2 yrs back. Its fan has broken. I then lodged a complaint online. I got ticket no. But for last 20 days i have been following up continuously the complaint thru Phone, i have spent sO much money on phone and wasted so much of my time. Everyone kept passin the buck bUt my coOler was nt repaired. when i finally called seRvice abT the status of complaint thy again tried To rotatae the same cycle by providing another peRsons no. And then when i said that if they could not resolve my complaint i shud close the same. And i was Surprised when they said that they were closing my complaint. It Is Ridiculous. Symphony serVicE is worsT?

I also owned symphony diet cooler 4 years before, its fulfilling my requirements but the major problem is regarding the availability of spare parts in every location. So I suggest every buyer to check approachable service center before purchasing the product. I am facing the problem of spare parts which are not available in my area even though I launched a written complaint against the non availability of service centre in my area (jabalpur) but yet I have not received any satisfactory action by the company. Overall product is loosing its credibility due to the above mentioned problem.

My Ninja Model just touched 360 day mark and the Water mother went off again...now struggling to get it replaced, several tele calls and online Complaints raised...not getting yet checked by the Service Centre, every day I am calling them, to day ..tomorrow is the Common answer from them...very Bad Service...

I have purchase a symphony air cooler on last week of march-2014, performance of the cooler is excellent, but during shifting of my house one wheel of the cooler had been misplaced. In this connection you are requested to please arrange to supply 01 wheel for my air cooler. I will pay the cost of wheel as applicable.

Worst service by Symphony... I register complaint 3 times in a month and every time they sms me the engineer no - [protected] and suggest he will call back. I called him several time but no response. 2 weeks before he picked my phone call mistakenly and I informed what parts I need and also agreed to pay service charge of Rs.350/- over and above the cost of parts.

But later he haven't called me nor picked my calls.

I m from agra, i bought symphony winter air cooler last year . Its fan motor is not working . Inspite of calling service center number of times i didn't. Get any responce from them . Can somebody tell me from where i can get new fan motor . Any link or contact number . My contact num [protected].

Verst Services by the company I want to change my cooling pad foot that refgistered the complainant no response of any body know where this cooling pad available pl update me on [protected]

1. Can I have any Service centre Delhi tel number for spare parts and repairs. Poor design and engineering of the Symphony coolers.
2. The length of the plastic pipe connecting the pump and the water dispensing grid does not have any Extra length, as such while opening the jammed Pads of the cooler the same got stretched and the water pump's plastic nozzle broke. It is badly designed which means that I have to replace the entire pump. The plastics used are very flimsy and just break. The top of the body sags with time.
3. The nuts and bolts and screws used are made of ordinary Steel and readily rust, due to which they are completely jammed the pump and the fan cannot be opened. If force is applied the plastics break. Good practice is to use Brass screws only be in water intensive environment.
4. Spare parts are exorbitantly expensive.

I was purchased symphony Diet 50 I Ofter using three months back wheels are broken
I was raised complients many times till to my problem not resolved I think product was through out to dustbin because with out wheels this product not stable to stands properly and any time it will be fell down

You are right sir, company after sales & service structure is very poor. his authorised service centres are not provide spare parts of any model of coolers. We are suffering from this situation.
