[Resolved] Symphony Comfort, Air Cooler Model Winter — not attending the complaint and incomplete registry of complaint on telephone | |||
i purchased a winter cooler on 20.04.2010 form Bombay electronics indore. Within 15 days bottom roller mounting get damaged, level indicator stopped and cooling pad was not getting wet properly. I raised a telephonic complaint ( comp. No. 200015) to symphony service center about this but person mentioned only about the cooling pad problem and attended same only , he also confirmed that remaining job will be done later because parts is not available . After that i have approaching ti service center but they just confirm that they will get this job done by tomory. when i saw that they are still not responding me ,i raised the compalint again to service provider with com. No 30019. Where i added another problem of swinging and online on syphony website as well. Then i got massage from syphony as a confirmation of compalint meanwhile they also sent me the nearest service provider correspondence and i made contact to them but they also not responding. I am realy getting irritated to those service provider of symphony. I feel that i bought a old cooler like. Was this information helpful? | |||
