[Resolved] Symphony Cooler — Fan is not moving | |||
Hi I have brought symphony coolers from raj electronic , rk puram market on 22 june 2012. Cooler had worked well for one week then I started created problem " fan not working". I had called to raj electronic guys they have given me symphony customer care number , I have launched the complained on customer care. After 24 hrs(30 june 2012) I received a message that " this is yoru complained number and we will do the need full in 24 hrs" in this message engineer number " satbir yadav" was mentioned. I called him but he disconnected call and sms me tha I will call you later. I have waited for 2 days to resolve the issue but on return call from engineer. After a day I called to raj electronic and explained every thing and then they gave me one another number of mr. Ganesh " he said I will not be able to resolve issue, talk to mr. Bhupinder :- I called him he said he will resolve issue today, but no solution. In evening he gave me another number mr. Hari om :- I called him, he said he will do the thing tomorrow. But no solution. Later I approached " mr. Sharma - branch manager" and start explaining him whole case , he said that he will resolve issue by today but its been 5 days not solution yet. I am keep calling Mr. Sharma but no solution, he is just buying time. I want to stop allowing Symphony to sell their product in market. I need justice and want to return product of symphony, I want a claim of 1 lac rupees for all mental tensions. Kindly guide me. Thanks Puneet Jangra Was this information helpful? | |||
