[Resolved] Symphony — Horrible service from Symphony - natural cooling | |||
A very horrible after sales service (or the lack of it) by Symphony. We bought HiCool water cooler in May-2011, after which it stopped working within few days. We logged a complaint and a service engineer visited us who told us that there is problem with the motor. He fixed it temporarily and we used it for couple of days. After that, due to monsoon and winter season, it was not in use. When we started use again in Apr-2012, it immediately stopped working. We called the service desk and the engineer came on two occasions, just hit hard around the motor and made it working, after which it stopped working again. When the service head of Pune was called, he was extremely rude and indifferent about the whole thing. We have been following up with the dealer as well as the Symphony service desk since then, but there is no response. Every time, we are told that the engineer would come on the same day, and the day is yet to dawn. I think that Symphony is waiting for the warranty period to be over, after which we will be liable to pay for a new motor. Overall, a pathetic product and an even more pathetic service. Wonder if this is an usual level of service, or they were at their best this time. Surprising to see no Ombudsman defined, no escalation levels, complete lack of support. Wonder how they continue to be in business. From my perspective, I have started spreading this news, so that my friends and collegues don't fall into the trap of buying any Symphony product. My name is Yuvaraj D from chennai. I bought HICOLL SMART with remote air cooler within a day i got cooler butten not working the same i raised ticket with custemer care no as well as email till now i am not got any support from them... I request all the dont buy Symphony product. its waste of money and time.
