Symphony Limited — Poor Quality & Service

I had recently bought storm 100 E the latest tower air cooler from symphony. The company claims that it can cool an area of around 1000 sft. where as it is not good enough for a room of 350 sft. Also the motor pump of the cooler stopped working after 4 days from my purchase and I had made a complaint to the service center and its been more than 7 days and the service center doesn't have a motor for replacement.
The quality of plastic is also very bad and its a total waste of money. My recommendation don't go for this model ever, its a complete waste of money.
