I had recently bought storm 100 E the latest tower air cooler from symphony. The company claims that it can cool an area of around 1000 sft. where as it is not good enough for a room of 350 sft. Also the motor pump of the cooler stopped working after 4 days from my purchase and I had made a complaint to the service center and its been more than 7 days and the service center doesn't have a motor for replacement.

The quality of plastic is also very bad and its a total waste of money. My recommendation don't go for this model ever, its a complete waste of money.

BAD QUALITY - SYMPHONY 50-T

I bought Symphony 50-T DIET COOLER around 1 month ago for 6700 RS . Within 3 Days The SWING

Operation collapsed and within 5 days the Trolley Wheels got disaligned and out of order.The cooling

was as such a fan in running even a fan is better, How could it Be a Cooler, even it creates Problem of

Humidity, thus proper ventilation is reqd. We called customer Centre, they replaced the Swing Motor but

could not Replace Wheels and said due to New Release of the product they dont have arrangement for

such Wheels.Now We could not move the cooler anywhere as such it has got Polio on Both Legs and

are fed up with this cooler . I have Never seen such a BAKWAS PRODUCT in my Life.

I WOULD REQUEST THE COMPANY TO REPLACE THE WHEELS AND IMPROVE ITS QUALITY.

DESI COOLERS ARE MUCH BETTER THAN PLASTIC WALE, MIND IT IN UR LIFE.

NEVER GO 4 THEM EVEN IAM REPENTING FOR SUCH AN WASTE OF MONEY, RATHER GO

FOR AN 0.5 TON AC.


SYMPHONY IS THE WORST COMAPNY PRODUCT I HAV EVER FACED.

I WOULD LIKE SONY, O GENERAL, HITACHI AND OTHER TOP COMPANIES TO GIVE SOME

ENGINEERING TIPS TO SYMPHONY .

recently baughts DIET 50E, and not satisfied with pathetic after sale service as only after 4 days it staoped operaating as as per last survey done some electronic panel need to be changed same has not done as of now and received no commitment of resolving same in near future as well

I had recently bought symphony sumo air cooler from symphony. The company claims that it can cool an area of around 650 sft. where as it is not good enough for a room of 150 sft. Also it spreads water from all sides after 7 days from my purchase and I had made a complaint to the service center and employee of company came and not given the full services.so, the problem of cooler remains same.your local customer care give vary poor services.

The quality of plastic is also very bad and its a total waste of money. My recommendation don't go for this model ever, its a complete waste of money.

Dear Sir/ madam,

I have bought a symphony cooler

Model - Winter
Date- 13, may, 2012
Invoice No.- 381

from Balaji Electronic, 69/14, Main Jacubpura Road, Gurgaon (Hry.), now the motor of the pump is not working and for that I contacted customer care, and till date no one have contacted me ever and due to this, I have suffers a loss of Rs. 8, 700/- (purchase value).
